We had a phenomenal experience with Yair and his team. They transformed our backyard into a beautiful oasis. Yair is kind, professional, and helped make our backyard vision come to life at a good price. Benny, Ramon, and Cornelio are incredibly hard working and helped make this transformation happen in a week! I highly recommend Pristine Gardenscape to anyone!

Yair was wonderful to work with! He is very polite, responsive, and responsible. We showed him photos of the ideas we wanted for our front and back yard, and the outcome came out beautifully. We had real and artificial turf installed, as well as several trees, plants, and mulch. The pergola and porcelain tiles we imagined came out perfectly. He was also very helpful and accommodating with working with us to get HOA approval prior to beginning work, and also made sure to keep us updated on progress the entire time. Highly recommend working with him and his team. Very professional and great work!

After more than a year of thinking, researching, taking water-district classes and assessing landscapers, I am very happy that I contacted Yair with Pristine Gardenscape. He was immediately responsive and communicative and remained so throughout the project. The team of workers were absolutely amazing, precise, hard-working and friendly. The project began and completed exactly as Yair promised with honest and fair pricing. We removed the turf and now have drought-tolerant plants, drip irrigation, a new pathway and porch, lights, dry-river bed and decorative pebbles. Together with the landscape architect at Belvedere Landscape Design, Yair and the team installed a beautiful transformation of my front yard that I could never have imagined would end up so beautiful. e really appreciated that they understood we wanted to work with a company who we could work in stages with and was as conscious with our budget as we were. Emma and Yair were so both so kind and provided suggestions that we didn’t even think of! Benny, Yair and the rest of the team were always on time, kind, professional & Yair was excellent with providing us updates throughout the process. Throughout the process we were able to change and tweak the design which was so helpful and fun! The before and after of our backyard is just mind blowing to think of where it was and how perfect it is now! It was complete dirt, weeds, an old storage shed left behind by the owners. Pristine helped us with installing a sprinkler system, grass, plants along the wall, helped us demo the wall to make it smooth, repaint the patio floor, install pavers and stones, and evened out the side yard to help us prevent any flooding into the AC unit. It was a big project but it was completed on time! We’re forever grateful and we can’t wait to continue reaching out to Pristine when we decide to start renovating the front!

I hired Yair and his team (Benny, Johnny, Cornelio, and Mario) to do a fairly small, but complicated, concrete project in my backyard and they were incredibly professional, timely, and efficient. Yair was incredibly communicative and respectful. I never felt as if he or anybody on his team was trying to "sell" me on anything. Instead, he understood what I was looking for and offered reasonable pricing for what turned out to be excellent work that was done ahead of schedule. We just completed a long awaited front and backyard project to make our yards more drought tolerant and frankly more interesting and enjoyable to look at. Yair, Emma, Benny, and the rest of their team were wonderful to work with. They were super responsive, and explained what was needed to qualify for the DWP rebates, and were available while submitting the application, and when DWP had a question, Yair contacted them directly and it was resolved in less than an hour. Their team worked efficiently and cleanly, and made sure we liked where everything was before it went in the ground. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their yards
