I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering! Not surprised their brick and mortar is closed and they've created a new online image. Extremely poor and off-putting customer service. They don't care about their customers once you give them your money, or their plants once they've left the warehouse. Also the plants I received looked nothing like the photos that I ordered from online.

Bought a VFT and followed the planting instructions provided. Entire thing fell apart after removing the wrapping from the bulb.

I flippen loved this place! Soooo many different plants to see thay are next to this place. I am "by no means" have a green thumb but my son does like no other. I took him there cuz he loves growing picture plants. I grabbed a couple of succulents to try growing based on my "green thumb" experience, meaning my thumb is much to lack for, and they are thriving! I had learned alot from my son and definitely more from them.

The best plant shop in the Bay Area!! I got A King Henry Venus Flytrap and a 3 Pack of the Smaller Flytrap , A Sundew, and a Pitcher Plant. They lasted a LONG time, I screwed up transplanting one and the CAT laid on my other one repeatedly and killed it finally...

Amazing costumer support, plants arrived fast, very well packed. The plants look amazing my nep veitchii came with several little pitchers and my ping came already flowering meaning is mature not many places will send you mature pings usually you have to grow them for at least 6 months before they flower. I love this place I will for sure be ordering more from them

They actively censor out all negative reviews on their website. Ordered a Venus flytrap b52, received a smaller, dead plant that wasn't the venus flytrap b52 I ordered. Initially they refused to replace or refund. Had a nursery specialized in carnivore plants confirmed the plants were dead, still kept them and followed PP guidelines but plant was too far gone. Message them again after a month, and they agreed to refund, finally. Took no accountability for sending in the wrong plant or for misleading description of plant size among other discrepancies, I'm just glad they gave me a refund. However, I can't recommend them.

Underwhelming. I kind of expected more. I guess reality hit me, prices are very high for just small plants. I can get a large hybrid at a big box store for cheaper. Better prices elsewhere.. but I’m happy the plants are healthy!

Editing this review, 4 years later, disregard what was said above

They work with their own hybrids and genetics, so naturally they cost more than the generic hybrids at stores like Home Depot. Nepenthes also take a while to grow but once they hit a certain size as juvenile plants, growth rate picks up. So I will bump the rating back up to a 4* review.
