By far the worst irrigation company I have ever seen in my life. Main water sprinkler line in our neighborhood has been broken since Thursday. Unfortunately it’s right on the other side of our fence. The guys job on Friday was to simply come diagnose and turn off the water so it would not flood anymore. He came looked and said he didn’t have the parts or anything he needed, and that he turned the water off only for it to flood out again. He was supposed to be with a supervisor, but he was alone as well. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with and the guy came back today to tell us that he doesn’t have the right parts again. This is after ripping up and breaking a beautiful sidewalk on the side of our home. Now we will see if they actually fix everything the way they are supposed to, and we will see what they do about the broken sidewalk that they took upon themselves to smash out. Extremely unprofessional, and by far the worst experience I’ve had with any company, regardless of the profession or field. I have been making notes of the water damage we have been getting since we actually told him about the issue. It’s just sad that you can’t find a reasonable reputable company to do decent work anymore. Absolutely disgusted that this is what we have to work with in our neighborhood paying almost $2,000 quarterly.

This company handles the landscaping in the Rialto community in Jupiter, where I live. At the beginning of every month they send a schedule through the property management company to all the residents, telling them which days they will mow and do landscaping on specific streets. They NEVER show up on the days they're scheduled, and they ALWAYS show up on days when they're not scheduled. The schedules they send are absolutely meaningless! This is an ENORMOUS problem for me, as I run a home-based business in which I do client sessions that require a quiet background. If I knew when they were coming, I wouldn't schedule clients on those days . . . BUT I NEVER KNOW!

I complained about this to the Rialto property management company, who forwarded my email to Precision. But, Precision never replied. Apparently, they simply don't care!

Their truck driver was driving so unsafe on the roads. It was frightening having him on road fish tailing the trailer north bound on 72. I was meaning to e mail the company about it. Thank you google for reminding me to review.

Run In the other direction,This is a horrible company and the worst that I’ve ever dealt with. Their staff are lousy at their job they promise you what they’re gonna do and they never do it they take your money and they don’t do the work, you try to get a manager on the phone and they say they were going to take care of it and you never hear from them again and they don’t answer your phone calls. There’s just too many things to say about this company which is negative but whatever you do do not use them.

The mowing field staff is poorly managed, their main focus is to blow and go. Virtually every time they show up they leave some sort of damage to the landscape. Do not hire them for any landscaping needs.
