After having our circular drive installed, we wanted grass, but not everywhere. We left an area by the house for plants. We had an idea of what we wanted, a border (like EPCOT), and lots of color. Plus, I wanted my ponytail palm to finally have a home. Jose, owner, came out and we worked out a plan for type (we had things in mind) and quantity of plants. We had some trouble finding one plant, so we went over to see what we could do. We talked to David and ended up switching out some plant types that would work better. Today is install day and Jose (landscaper) and crew came out first this as promised! They did an AMAZING job, made some great recommendations and went to work. It looks FABULOUS!!!! We LOVE it!! We always go to Pop's!! They ROCK!!!

I’m just giving 5 starts because they have cats I wish they have them in a better condition, they look sick ? i couldn’t find what I was looking for and people there wasn’t helpful at all, no one talk to me even when they saw me entry the place. No one say hi how are how can we help, so customer service 0 starts, I ask for a restroom that I couldn’t use. So the 5 starts are for the cats. I really hope they take them to the bed or something

Awesome variety of palms, and all kinds of hoyas, bromeliads, orchids, ferns and other tropical plants. Great selection of gravels and sod. Very knowledgeable staff to help out too!

I needed a new lawn installed and landscaping after lightning struck our house. After much research, meetings at my house and calls, I decided the best nursery to take on this job was Pops Nursery. We went there in person to pick out plants and met the absolute nicest people there. The most memorable was Brandy. She gave us a private tour and explained each variety of plant to us. We’ve gone back various times to pick up more plants and their variety of beautiful flowers, bushes, trees made it hard to choose. Their prices can’t be beat. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction is second to none. It is apparent their main goal is customer satisfaction. On the day of the job they sent out a very friendly hard working crew who always showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards.They recommended a sprinkler company who came out and did an excellent job installing a new sprinkler system in our yard after the new lawn was laid. We had a few minor issues with some of the sod due to flooding rains and Jose the owner and “Boss” came back personally to treat and replace those pieces for us. I can’t say enough about this business. It’s been around for decades. I remember my dad going there when I was a kid. They carry on the same ethics and cater to their customers the way they did back then. Thank you to Brandy, Jose (The Boss) Melissa, Linda, Xiomara and Cristina! You’re doing a great job and it shows! I will never go to another nursery. Loyal forever to Pops!

I’m recently been made disabled & have had to make a lot of changes in my my life , including a new ADA friendly house & & I chose Pops to do all my landscaping. I had a big corner lot on the canal which they turned into my paradise , I already had a large collection of rare Bromeliads, Anthurium s ,Palms , Cycads & Gingers so I’m a picky customer but they carted it all through my two shade houses into my back yard with no problems or complaints.

If someone had told me that I would be interested in gardening 30 yrs ago, I would laugh in their face. But since becoming a homeowner, all of that changed. I want to thank Brandi who spent a couple of hours with me teaching me about the different plants and flowers which would accommodate me. She was so patient, helpful and friendly. Not once did I see a sign that she was annoyed with my questions or at the time I took to decide what I wanted. Ended up buying all of the yard supplies from Pop's, including the grass. Brandi is very knowledgeable about the inventory there. Thank you Brandi for being who you are and giving the best customer service to a beginner like me. Pop's Nursery has a gem in their presence.
