We loved working with Platinum Landscape! Their communication was amazing, they worked very quickly, and they were very accommodating to changes we made along the way. Rick had a great vision for our yard and we can’t wait to enjoy it this summer!

I give Platinum Landscape and Pool 1 star because Rick was prompt and courteous when we first started talking with him. It turns out we lived 20 years in California where Rick is from and have a special feeling for people in that area. We made a mistake and signed both the contract for the design work and for Rick to build the pool and pickle ball court that we wanted. We should have waited to sign the second one until after agreeing to what would be done. Rick didn't listen to anything that we wanted after that and came in with a really high price for the work to be done, but of course we had no other recourse than to stop working with him. I would recommend that you make sure everything is exactly the way you want it before you agree to using this company or find one that will work better with you. Dave J.

The experience that we had with Rick and his team at Platinum has been better than we could have ever imagined. They literally took our ideas and enhanced them beyond what we could even imagine. The end result is absolutley amazing, it's beautiful. I have heard horror stories from other people about their expereince with landscape companies and ours could not have been more different. Rick and his team set proper expecations up front and had exceptional communication throughout the whole process and they always did what they said they would do with honesty and integrity. I HIGHLY recommend Platinum Landscape & Pools for anybody looking to have an exceptional expierence.

We had a dream experience working with Platinum. Rick and Ranecia and the whole team were the most professional, honest, and kind people. They were amazing communicators, so quick to respond, and extremely thorough and thoughtful in taking time to answer questions or jog ideas. They came when they said they would, and the project moved in such a timely manner. The finished product is gorgeous and every day I look out my windows with gratitude for such a beautiful yard and pool. Cant say enough good things about this company. Thank you Platinum!

Rick cared deeply about our experience, as well as how our entire project turned out. His crew was so quick and clean, very evident that they took immense pride in their work. To have the consistent ongoing work, see it’s progress, respond to our needs and slights changes or issues with small details, and to alleviate the headaches we had heard from others doing it on their own, or using other companies was well worth the cost. Some communication at times was challenging but Rick always made it his priority to address those. I recommend Platinum to anyone looking for a superior product and overall pleasant experience from a team that cares.

Platinum Landscape & Pool was the perfect choice for our backyard project. Rick was great upfront with setting expectations and helping us through the design and quote process. Its amazing how he is able to take your ideas and make them a reality. His crew was such a joy to work with. They were super friendly and truly cared about what we wanted. They were great to communicate with and be around for months on end. One of the main reasons we went with Platinum Landscape was because of their high quality of work. It was pricey but ultimately we knew we would get a pool and full backyard remodel that we would enjoy for many years. I highly recommend them for any major project.

Platinum Landscape exceeded our expectations! Rick was quick to communicate and had great design suggestions for our backyard needs. I especially appreciated that he was sensitive to our budget...we were always aware of what we were paying before the job was completed. I feel Rick went above and beyond to create a space that checked all of our boxes and to create a space that we will love. We absolutely loved our experience with Platinum. Rick was very responsive, timely and thorough. They have a fantastic team and such creative beautiful designs. The front yard turned out beautifully. The work was done timely. We have not had this experience with any other contractor. The crew was fabulous. We were so sad when the project was over! We will definitely be using them again for the backyard!
