I love the selection so I'll keep ordering but shipping and fulfillment is really mediocre. First year my plants came a month before the last frost. I wasn't able to keep all of them healthy, but the ones that survived to planting did great. This year I ordered seeds, hellebores and tulip bulbs for fall. All three came from somewhere else, and the tulip bulbs look like they'll arrive after the first frost. Really frustrating.

Whenever you can find their trendy plants elsewhere, go elsewhere.

I’ve ordered lots from Plantgem and everything from seeds to bulbs have sprouted. I’ve even had a year old tube of seeds pop out. Customer service is great. They feature unusual plants and I really enjoy the catalogue.

These guys are amazing! I ordered two varieties of dahlia tubers, and while one did great, the other never sprouted. They quickly sent a replacement and it's doing beautifully now too! I asked where I could leave a review for them and they said they primarily use Facebook. I don't have a Facebook account, so I'm leaving it here. I'll definitely be ordering from PlantGem again! Their customer service is top-notch!

I ordered two packages of Salpiglossis Bolero with no other products on 4/9 and once the last freeze passed, the bulbs were shipped to me. Upon their Arrival on 5/13, however, I opened the box to find Grace Godetia- totally different flowers than what I had ordered.
I sent the company an email and text on 5/14 about the mixup and they assured me they would be sending the Salpiglossis Bolero bulbs to me ASAP and that I can keep the grave godetia flowers or gift them.
The “corrected” order of Salpiglossis Bolero bulbs arrived today, 5/20, and I opened the box to find instead MORE Grace Godetia flowers and NOT my Salpiglossis Bolero bulbs.
The flower packaging seems great, flowers arrived safe and sound via FedEx, I just don’t understand how difficult it is to send the correct flowers, especially considering I didn’t order anything else with them to confuse someone. I just ordered TWO batches of Salpiglossis Bolero bulbs.
I’ve sent the company yet another text about this order and a refund (since I now have zero faith I’ll ever get the Salpiglossis Bolero bulbs) and at this point, I won’t be ordering from them in the future or recommending them to friends/family/my plant groups on FaceBook & Reddit.
Buyer beware.

I paid $20 for a catalog they now give away for free. I’ve reached out via email, text and even commented on Instagram to ask why this is the case and they have ignored my emails and deleted my comment.
