You can never get hold of the company when you need them. I emailed them 3 times, called them numerous times and no one got back to me for more than a month. This is not good.

Update. I wrote to the parent company Simpson Nursery and finally got part of the issues resolved. And I am still waiting for my store credit.

Second update. They helped me getting replacement trees. Their tree qualities are superb...always potted, and always have leaves. Even though you have to pay for the shipping $15 per plant. I am updating review.

I purchased two plants, a Japanese maple and a persimmon, and came great shape about two years ago. I believe both came from Wisconsin.

I receive two Japanese maples, Emperor One, in the past year from the nursey in Florida and neither survived. One died over winter. The replacement from the original dropped all it's leaves due to poor packaging and died a month later. The nursery did/would not replace the replacement.

I ordered a magnolia tree. Ran into shipping issues and the company took care of it to my complete satisfaction. Excellent customer service and products. Will buy from them again.

Bought a bare root pecan tree from Plant Me Green. Also bought 7 other bare root trees from another nursery that I had received a gift card for. The 7 other trees all showed a lot of growth this past season. The pecan tree from Plant Me Green did not grow at all. Not a leaf. All were planted in the same vicinity, at the same time. I understand that some trees might be duds, but I was given a tough time about getting a replacement. After months of emails and scratch tests to validate that the tree was dead I was offered a 50% refund credit to use on future purchases. That's rich. There probably won't be any future purchases.

I order 3 Black Diamond Crape Myrtles in 3 gallon pots via phone, and the lady that helped me was awesome, helpful and very nice. I ordered on a Tuesday, and although I wasn't expecting my trees until the following week I received them 2 days later which thrilled me!. I know some people complained that the tops were broken upon arrival, but honestly it was no fault of the company, they are plants, they are in a box it should be common sense it won't be perfect.
Anyway, my trees were healthy, blooming, and great care was taken with the packaging, and when they arrived you could tell they had been well cared for. They transplanted well and have continued to bloom without missing a beat. Awesome experience, and I would use them again, Great job Plant Me Green!

Ordered 2 Persimmon trees. Great price, fast shipping and excellent looking trees. Can not wait to see how they do next spring! Will defiantly be looking here for other trees here in the future.

When placing an order there is no place to add delivery instructions. When the FEDX label was created, FEDX sent me an ETA of Sunday - the order had not been picked up. I sent Plant Me Green, an email explaining the shipping address did not take deliveries on weekends. Their response, " Additionally, we never received an email, call, or note on the order reflecting this request. We do not require a signature on our shipments, so it will get delivered but will just sit until Monday. " Well Plant Me Green, I did send you an email before the order shipped. Big Fail.

They got back to me and we made arrangements to make sure it arrives on a weekday. And there was a place to add delivery instructions or a Gift Note. It sorted out for the best. I upgraded them to a solid 2 Stars, simply because they cold have just fixed the problem without the condescending email putting the problem back on me. I think they got the message.
