What an amazing store! If you are looking for a gift, they will have it! The owners are very personable and very helpful. Both stores are aesthetically designed and laid out and just a great place to go to find that perfect gift. If you have a picky person to shop for, this is the place to go. Windermere is so lucky to have a store like Pistil Home & Garden in the heart of its quaint downtown. Pistil has something for everyone, and it is my go to store for unique gifts. I always find a new book, vase, candle, plant, serving piece or must have item for my home. The staff is friendly and experienced, and they are always willing to share their decorating expertise. Pistil frequently receives new items, and the way the store is always re-merchandised makes for a fun shopping experience.

Pistil House is amazing! I got all my flowers and champagne there for my sisters engagement. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and very well taken care of. The place is very relaxing and they have a great selection of wine as well as beer! I definitely recommend everyone to go there and check them out!

Today I stopped in to buy Christmas ornaments and presents and was completely ignored by the staff. The gentleman working the register had a line when I came in. But once the line was gone he never bothered to see if I needed any thing. I made my first lap around the store eyeing what I wanted and when I passed by the register the gentleman (at the counter) was too busy talking to another employee to even look at me or offer a hello. Feeling quite small and unimportant at this time I picked up several ornaments and walked toward the back. Still no help. No hellos. I ended up putting it all down and leaving. This was the second time it’s happened. I’ve worked over 20 years in service related jobs, I know a hello and smile takes no time at all and goes a long way to make someone feel good. Hopefully you take my constructive criticism to heart and find employees who can deliver better customer service, especially on Small Business Saturday.

Most excellent shop with unique gifts, dish-ware and planters and plants. They have a selection of cute pots and planters, and uncommon plants to go in them. Browse and check out the seasonal decorations and offerings. The team is friendly and willing to help with suggestions. Make a stop here if you are in Windermere.

What a gem of a store. Beautiful products and plants. I have never seen such beautiful zz plants. They typically do nothing for me but the elongated wands and thick clusters of stems were pretty amazing. The plants are all well perfect .
I went for refills for my maison berger lamps and will be back. They had so many lovely candles . When we were checking out, I asked about Cire Trudon candles . I went to Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdale’s the day before only to find out that they were online only. They had them!! Very special candle that I wanted to gift. I was able to smell the candles and the staff were so pleasant and welcoming.

I've been coming here frequently for about two years now and always leave satisfied and with a smile on my face. The selection of goods is ever changing yet they always keep their staples in stock. The staff are consistently helpful whether you're there to buy a gift for someone or create your own floral arrangement. I can say with absolute certainty that's it's my favorite local shop!
