I would never use nor would I ever recommend this company. Me and my coworker were servicing one of our properties and someone from this company pulls up while we are working. He gets out with his long pants, gloves, and long sleeves and begins spraying some chemical while we are working. I have shorts on along with short sleeves and the liquid chemicals at one point were being caught by the wind and settled on my skin. We were just working and then this guy starts spraying poison. I feel this person has no regard for human lives nor your animals.. if they were to be outside when this technician arrives. I do have full video footage of this happening.

I read the reviews mostly negative ones and I have to say these are not my experiences. My neighbor recommended this company because I had lots of weeds encroaching on his lawn. I ended up canceling my pest control people that I thought I loved until I tried to leave ( different story for a different day) and added that service for convenience. First my weeds are gone and my bad lawn looks really good again. They email and text they’ll be out the next day every time and one of the previous tech knocked to let me know he was doing service. Always nice, respectful and professional. But I watched my tech yesterday through my camera's and was so impressed with the job he did and how thorough he was. I’m confused by the negative reviews. My experience, my yard and bugs (lack of now) are not the same. I’m very happy my neighbor asked me to use them.

My lawn looks like a graveyard. Well, that isn't entirely true since graveyards are usually keep pretty nice. But it does look like a graveyard for grass. PHS came to my house three times while it was dying a slow death. Never once did they knock or let me know there was problem. When I started to notice the decline of my lawn I called them, and they were of no help. I asked for the tech to knock on my door when he came on the next visit. He did not. I asked again the day before they were going to come for the visit after that. They didn't. They did have lots of excuses why though. The final straw was my last call to them. The girl who answered (she only works Fridays) was full of excuses. But excuses don't grow a lawn. I didn't need excuses, I needed them to own up to the problems, mistakes and fix it. They failed me and they very well may fail you. Find a company that cares.

I had a bonsai tree destroyed by one of their subcontractors (with a weed whacker) that does mowing for them. They not only made fun and asked if I was not sure if a deer had eaten it they refused to give me contact information for the contractor. If they were not in contract with my HOA I would fire them but I am stuck with them. There office staff is less than professional and they obviously do not care about their commercial accounts or the personal property of homeowners. They told me over a month ago that they would have someone contact me that never happened either.

Unreliable - never knew when the technician would show up. When the tech did show up, only treated half my lawn. Tech also stated a few times treatment was done but found out tech never showed up and tried to charge me for no show.
