Our grass completely died last year. We had a beautiful lawn and over the winter it died. We hired Perez Services and he redid our entire yard. It is beautiful and green again! He shows up, reasonably priced and gets the job done with quality! Highly recommend!!

Pedro did an excellent job of removing a door/door frame and finishing off the doorway to match the 2 rooms. Will definitely be asking him to do landscaping and other jobs as needed!! Also removed the old and installed 2 toilets.
Pedro has lots of work at my house - painting walls, trim, cabinets and a very large brick fireplace. He installed a beautiful fenced paver stone patio and rearranged rose bushes. Now replacing an old deck. All of his work is excellent and he has many creative along the way. 5 stars for Perez-Services!

Mr. Perez did a beautiful job on our custom 15x27 back patio, and front landscape. He stayed in contact with us throughout the whole project and we always knew what was going on and what our timeline was. Best of all he did all the work himself so there was no third part contractor trying to put the price through the roof. I would recommend him for anyone looking to get an work done at all. By far best experience i have ever had with a home project.

We have nearly 3 acres that had gone almost a year without being touched, so needless to say it was WAY out of control. Pedro came to quote the property last Monday, started work on Thursday and finished today. He made our yard look better than we have ever seen it or even could have imagined! Very professional, very kind and extremely meticulous in his craft! If I could give him a 6th star I definitely would. We will continue using Perez Services for our yard every month from now on and I suggest anyone reading this give him a shot, you won’t be disappointed!
