Our experience with Perez Family Lawn Service was exceptional. Hedgar and crew performed two drains (landscape area and gutter) with curb drain termination last year, and did an excellent job. Both drains terminate water as designed to the street.

Recently Wendy and Hedgar came to our home to provide another estimate for 1” PVC water lines to multiple sprinkler valves and additional landscape work. This was a labor intensive job due to the difficulty of tying-in to the main water lines at the street and running them to the sprinkler valves. Hedgar was very patient in locating the main water line. He then tied-in to the main and ran two new PVC water lines, installed shut-off valves, and water tested same to complete the supply water to our landscape sprinkler system which consists of 12 valves.

The job also included creation of a new vegetable garden planter trimmed with limestone, sod work, trimming our front decorative planter facing the street with another stone, and moving sprinklers. A design plan was provided for the new vegetable garden and it was completed very satisfactorily.

Hedgar had a three man crew, which included his brother, and they completed the job amazingly in one day. All of the work was completed in a professional manner. The sod and planters look beautiful as the stone trim was expertly performed by Hedgar's brother. We are very impressed with their work and grateful for a job well done. They washed down our driveway and sidewalk areas after their work was complete. He is detail oriented and takes pride in his work to insure a quality job for his customer. Hedgar and Wendy are professional and we highly recommend Perez Family Lawn Service as a company.

Paid them to remove stump from back yard after storm. They removed the stump but broke the corner off of the concrete back porch by driving over it with their skid-steer. They repeatedly admitted it was their fault and promised to return to repair the damage. Now, they will not answer or return my calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We had Wendy come by for a quote. She was prompt and gave us the quote quickly and was nice and knowledgeable for what we needed.

However, things took a turn when her response time slowed down AND she raised her price by $2,000 (almost 25%) just because she wanted to. The email exchange became completely strange as though, she wanted to charge us more money for the same job because they had more demand all of a sudden. It isn't my problem that it took you one week to come back after removing and adding a few things to the list for the landscaping job but now after wasting 2 weeks of time, you suddenly raise the price because you want to be paid more -- if it was more material and more labor, I get it but you can't provide a quote with a complete breakdown then do a complete 180 and not be able to explain what is causing the price increase aside from "We just want you to take account of all that. Our work and time is very valuable and we take our work seriously and with pride."

Mind you, labor was already part of the quote before and 25% of the quote as it is essentially making the additional 25% just additional labor cost because their time was too valuable to screw over a customer. Very disappointing.
