I purchased some granite rocks and other building material from Patagonia. They charge a deposit for delivering supplies on pallets. I had 5 pallets to return and when I spoke to them about picking them up, they said it was too late to receive a refund of my pallet "deposit". They essentially told me to take my business elsewhere.

I sent email to customer service at corporate and they did not bother to even respond to my inquiry.

Not only that, but they are dramatically more expensive than Home Depot. I will NEVER again purchase building materials from Patagonia. Customer service is non existent.

Excellent variety of rocks from pebbles
to boulders. Very friendly employees.
If you love adding rocks to your garden
this is the place to go.

These guys are freaking rude. I called in to get pricing and the guy on the phone has an attitude. The guy doesn't listen when you talk to him and asks you to repeat the same thing over 5 times. It's ridiculous.
