David and his team are an exceptional and hard working team. I first hired him to do a one time yard clean up and I was so happy he was able to come out the very next day to look at my yard and start the work right away. His prices were up front and the work he preformed was quick but very well done. He noticed that my gutters were in bad shape and some limbs were in need of being cut back during our walk through so I hired him to do it all. The outcome was so well done I hired him to come do my weekly service. I run a short-term rental from this property so the yard needs to look great for my guests, which is very difficult because the yard is over an acre with many varieties of flowers, shrubs, and trees. David and his team leave this yard looking perfect each and every time. I’ve had guests compliment me on how beautiful and well maintained the grounds are and I’m sure to give David all the credit. It’s a huge undertaking and I’m so relieved to have found Paradise Pines.

Two years in a row, I have chosen this company to clear my property/lot . A wildfire destroyed my home and since having to relocate, it has been difficult to maintain our property and keeping it from becoming a fire hazard as each summer season approaches. I highly recommend working with David and his team. They are excellent at communicating, & giving fair estimates.
My lot was cleared quickly and looked great!
I will continue to be a returning customer.

David Padilla has been great to work with. When our gardener retired from taking care of our garden, David stepped in did and great job. He has been good with communication and price is fare. Unfortunately with the Camp Fire we were not able to continue with his services but I want to express our gratitude for the wonderful work he did in taking care of our garden.

I called him, and not even three days later the job was done and he sent pictures before requesting payment! I'm in Arkansas, halfway across the country. I'd already hired another company, and they apparently didn't show, as I got a letter from Paradise FD telling me to get the lot under control. Huge amount of weeds and whatnot, and he cleared it at an extremely reasonable price and now I'm going onto a monthly plan!

All in all, 10/10 would recommend!

When my tenants moved out I was overwhelmed by the condition of my rental houses yard. It was a total disaster! David and his crew immediately came out(in bad weather I might add) and got started. It took him two days to do what would have taken me weeks! He’s very friendly, up front, reliable, through, and a hard worker. I highly recommend him for any job big or small. He did debris clean up, trimmed bushes, hauled out lots of compost left behind, cut down a tree and much more. Awesome job!

David and his crew impressed me the very first time they came out. After the fire and the storms, the place was a mess. They came out and cleared all yards, roofs and gutters in record time! I was extremely happy with the price he quoted for regular maintenance, too. They got the place looking great and they’ve kept it that way for me. He’s also taken care of a few extra things around the place (hauling, breaking up wood, breaking down an old arbor that was fire damaged, etc.) They’ve simply made my life easier. Thanks so much, David!!
