Just received my order today and am blown away by the size and quality of these plants. This was my first ever online plant order, and I will definitely be ordering more. The plants are huge for the price, the Sansevieria Athi River came with a 'walking' offset almost as big as the mother plant and the Varigated Haworthia came with a little pup. The root systems on all are robust and healthy. Lovingly packaged to ensure no/minimal cosmetic damage during shipping. I was relieved to see that only one plant out of the 3 I ordered suffered a bit of cosmetic damage (I am convinced UPS was trying to destroy the package), but this is absolutely no fault of the seller. Sansevieria is a forgiving species, so I am confident it will bounce back! Thank you so much for the beautiful and unique plants! ?

Happiness is placing an order for 7 baby pachypodiums to start rebuilding my once prosperous collection and within a few days receiving 7 very healthy and strong little plants, that were quickly potted and in a few days are already pushing new growth. My first order from this grower and I am impressed with all aspects of the transaction, great grower, quality plants , fair prices, fast expert packed shipment.

My only interaction with the nursery have been via online purchases: 2 very positive experiences and 2 disappointed experiences. My first two purchases were high quality specimens which happen to surpassed my expectations which lead me to be confident on specified/exact specimens who were on the higher cost range. In both cases the "exact" plant sold was substituted by a smaller and less matured version than expected. I was NOT notified until package was received. I only raised my unfortunate disappoint for one of two due to my lack of awareness. I was partially refunded but customer service takes one business day per response. I still enjoy my specimens but would avoid exact plant purchases.

My order arrived poorly packed, no cardboard to protect the plant, no paper to pad the inside except one little piece wrapped around the plant itself. Super disappointing. I do not plan to order here again. Not to mention the photo used was misleading compared to what was recieved. Hardly any variegation. I can’t recommend against this place enough. I’ve shipped many plants and everything I’ve recieved from other nursery’s and people were shipped with great care. Paradise Found sent me a poorly packaged aloe, damaged, and little variegation compared to their misleading photos they use.

Update: They requested me to buy my own materials and send it back for a refund right after I posted on their page asking why they can post on fb but not reply to my email. She then said she will just refund it to avoid escalation then rudely demanded I don’t post on their fb about my bad experience. I guess “Kate” knows she’s in the wrong and she didn’t want anyone to know. She then blocked me on Facebook from their page because I left a review. Petty, and immature. This is not how you run a business. Stay far away from ordering here.

Edit to update after the response the company left: I wasn’t leaving hurtful reviews, but I was leaving HONEST ones as they were posting on social media but not replying to my emails. They were quick to send one once they saw my negative review. They are dishonest. They even blocked me on everything because I left a negative review, and the lady who I’m assuming replied to this was sending me nasty responses via email. Not a great way to conduct yourself or your business. I still stand tall that nobody should ever shop here, and management is immature and does not know how to run a business. Your neglect is your problem, not mine. You can’t get angry and block people just because they leave a negative review.

The packing is sometimes inconsistent, but plants are always healthy. I have lost things, but that’s the nature of certain succulents that don’t like shipping.

The plants variety they stock is also great, they always have rare stuff that isn’t found at most nurseries!

Over the years, they have consistently provided the most unique, healthy plants you can buy on the internet (or in person- I loved my visit in 2021!). Their customer service is top notch.
