Very, very poor customer service! This company chose to not ask me how tall my grass was, not ask me for pictures prior to coming out, and not request the dimensions for my gate to the backyard. Because of this, the crew that came out to do my lawn service was incredibly rude, left multiple times without telling me, ruined my bushes next to my front door, and verbally accosted me. When speaking with management, they offered lame excuses and blamed me for how I was talked to and treated, telling me it was because of how tall my grass was and their crew “did the best they could”. The crew that came out were too lazy to get a push mower out of their truck to do my backyard. To save yourself some headache and verbal harassment, I highly recommend you avoid this lawn care company at all costs.

Once we got all the account details handled and the crew made it out, we were really happy with the work. Keep in mind, we subscribed the day after Hurricane Milton, so getting things going probably took a couple/few days extra, but response to inquiries and texts has been prompt. Now our yard doesn't look like a pasture/hay field - and Panda's crew were in and out very quickly. Excited to continue with them and see our yard looking good every week!

Super impressed! Honestly I was very hesitant at first because I had to pay on line before they would start, and after being scammed in many areas of life (as I am sure you have been) I didn't want to risk it, but I really needed a reliable service at a good price and my hope was stronger than my fear so I gave it a shot. I AM SO HAPPY I DID! Even with hurricane Milton messing things up they came through the next week and got it done so quickly! Def keeping this service! Thank you!

Hey there! If you want a lawn service that will take your money, maybe never show up, and when they do, sometimes at the wrong address, and ultimately never mow your lawn, this is the company for you! The best part is if you don't check in with them, they'll just hope you didn't notice, and keep taking your money. It's a very interesting business strategy. So if what you're looking for is a lawn mowing company that won't actually mow your lawn, look no further. If you want someone to keep your lawn up, however, I'd hire someone with some modicum of competence, reliability, and accountability.

Edit: Their response is typical of this company. They leave out the fact they never even told me they came by, I found out only by contacting them a couple days after they were scheduled. They also did not refund me until I contacted them, they did not "refund me on the spot". I'm confident if I never contacted them they would have continued charging me for a service they never provided.

Second edit: Again, they're just lying. They never contacted me, I had to reach out to them every single time. They only refunded me when I called them out on it. Don't trust these people. And if you see other reviews I've left, I have no problem recognizing and appreciating good service. These guys just refuse to take responsibility.

Called to get a quote on our property. We were upfront that our lawn guy flaked on us so it was bad. They told us they do a quote off google maps. We accepted, and they put us on appointment for a week later. When the day comes, they show up see how tall the grass is and tell our guest who was pulling up they cant cut it because its too tall and left. We were in the house and they didnt even knock on our door to tell us. They didnt give us the opportunity for anything. Then they dont answer the phone. Horrible customer service!

**After 3 months they responded to my review. And from what I saw MANY other negative reviews as well. No actual apology, just excuses for there actions. I guess its supposed to make me feel better that I didn't get charged for a job they didn't do.
If you cant handle the job just be upfront about when someone is describing the job to you on the phone. From the looks of it I'm not the first customer with this complaint and if you don't change your ways I won't be the last.
