Our yard was overgrown and we needed someone to come in and take on this big project. We worked with their designer, Sean, who made appointments to come visit the yard. We discussed what we were envisioning and he was able to put all the details in the plans. He included all the aspects/design elements we were looking for. After the plans were finalized, the team got to work right away. They told us it would take roughly 2 months for the completion of the project. We were so surprised that it only took them 6 weeks to complete the project! They worked quickly and swiftly. I am very happy with the quality of the work. They also helped us build our pre fab pergola. There were a couple of issues with our pipes, but once we contacted Octavio, the project manager, he sent someone to take a look at them within 15-20 minutes. If there was a problem, it was addressed immediately. Octavio responded quickly to every message and was very helpful during the whole process. We recommend Pacific Premier to everyone we know!

I wish we could give Octavio’s company 6 stars. We worked with him to redo our entire backyard and could not be happier with the results or the process. He was a breeze to work with - responsive, creative, and thoughtful - and was also the most cost competitive of the multiple bids we solicited. He gave us many choices along the way (on turf, pavers, and deck colors) and advice on how we should consider different choices. He also accommodated a few small changes along the way at very reasonable costs. His team was always professional and courteous of our space (they had to access the yard through the house) and finished the job well within our tight timeline. Although they are not the cheapest, they are licensed,
very experienced, and only use high-quality materials. We definitely got what we paid for.

Another company installed our back yard landscaping in 2021. Unfortunately, the irrigation was all wrong, so the plants struggled.

Octavio and his crew designed and installed a new irrigation system. It works perfectly, and everything is now thriving!

He also plumbed in micro bubblers for our raised beds that deliver the right amount of water exactly where it is needed. Our tomatoes this year were the best yet. And the trees he transplanted are all doing well.

We will be hiring them for all of our landscaping and gardening needs from now on.

We did an extensive backyard remodel with Pacific Premier Landscapes and they were awesome to work with. We have a sloped yard that needed grading, multiple retaining walls installed, a full garden installation (with custom built vegetable boxes), electrical and irrigation. The owner, Octavio, is so responsive and really cares about the quality of work. We got our landscape designed by someone else, but Octavio was very helpful suggesting ways to improve the design for longevity and quality (for example, he suggested replacing the timber steps up a slope with an actual staircase made with pressure treated wood so that it would last a lot longer - and at no additional cost!). They also spent hours consulting with us on changes, checked-in frequently and ensured that the project was completed (mostly) on budget. I will definitely be reaching out to work with this team on additional projects. Thank you Octavio and team!

We hired the Pacific Premier team to complete our front yard landscaping this Spring and are very happy with both the results and the experience! There were hardscaping components, a new sprinkler system, and several varieties of plants installed.

From the get go, Octavio stood out from other providers due to his responsiveness and honest nature - and he and the team upheld this impression from our first quote to the last correspondence.

The estimate was appropriately detailed and straightforward. Pricing was reasonable, and there were no surprises or hidden adjustments along the way. Octavio demonstrated flexibility in re-scoping and reestimating the project with us to better align with our budget, while maintaining the most critical aspects of our original digital design, which we had developed before engaging him. He was happy to adapt to our changing needs and did not apply pressure in any way to push out outside of our financial comfort zone.

Ultimately, the team was able to execute to the design, while providing expert advice on adjustments needed to bring the vision to life. For instance, the digital design did not fully capture the sloping of the yard, creating some challenges in positioning of some hardscaping components.

We were very happy with the work and the relationship, and we ended up seeking their services for some additional odd jobs around the yard (repair of garden sprinkler, restaining existing decks, etc) which Octavio was able to help with for a very fair rate.

Given the surpringly rainy season, they flexed to the weather, and yet still delivered on schedule. We are very satisfied with the Pacific Premier team and look forward to working with them again for any future projects!

Octavio is dedicated to customer satisfaction and I very much appreciated his communication style and consistency. I am likely not the easiest client and I had pretty half baked design drawings. Octavio and his crews executed the following scopes for us: demo, fine grading, drainage systems, landscape walls and footings, poured-in-place concrete pads/pavers, lighting, DG, concrete flat work, and landscaping and irrigation.

Despite the fact that my documents were partial we were able to arrive at a price and stick to it (with fair change orders) while figuring out the details of the project on the fly.

I would recommend Octavio and PPL to anyone.

We reached out to a few landscaping companies in early 2022 to look for help with our property. Our front space was overrun with weeds of all types, and our back space was pretty barren with old walkways and plenty of tree debris. Pacific Premier was one of the responders to our request, and Sean quickly organized a walkthrough, followed by a design, to put our ideas together. The design process had a few iterations before it became final, but once that was done, we quickly worked out a fair and comprehensive contract to complete the project. One of the best parts of our work with Pacific Premier was how quickly they were able to start and finish the project. No less than a month after we signed the contract, Octavio and his team were onsite and they were an incredibly efficient team. They finished our entire project (which was not small) in under two (2) weeks. And whenever we had questions about plant assortments or requests to tweak or add something, Octavio was on it immediately. He even identified a possible water issue in our back space, and installed a really simple, but unnoticeable drainage system to handle any potential problems. In the end, we were extremely satisfied with the process from start to finish, and even since recently finishing the project, Octavio is still staying in touch and handling any questions we've had. I'd highly recommend Pacific Premier for any landscaping needs you have.
