We ordered 3 triple Christmas palms, Olga was helpful and very sweet. Had the the palms delivered and installed. The crew did a great job!

Drove 2 hours down after a phone call to the owner to confirm they had the gravel and sand needed for a near by project. When I arrived the very rude and lone employee on the premises informed me that owner Todd had left for the day at 12:30 pm and that he was the only one that could drive the equipment needed to load me. I offered 2 different solutions to the problem which were declined because that would have meant the employee would have had to make an actual effort. Called the owner directly only to get my calls ignored. Unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

Spent over $1000 with the company. Tree trimming (which was fine) and two mature lime trees which they planted. After the fact, discovered no guarantee. Owner is rude. Doesn't respond to phone calls. Says he'll come when he doesn't. Now the trees are dead and we're out the money...Even one of his employees, when he was not there, said, "well, he likes plants more than people." That's an understatement. Would never buy anything from him again. Ever.

Dropped $1600 on plants, delivery and install. NEVER EVER again!!! Todd, the owner is the worst. I paid, up front 1 week ago, and they called us at 8:30am on Saturday that they would be at our home at 10:30am. At 10:05am the crewman called saying that the install crew was on-site. We were there in 5 minutes and Todd, the OWNER, called us during those 5 minutes with an attitude about why we were not there. It was a simple answer, we were displaced AND you said 10:30am with 2 hrs notice. I carefully watched the work. The first plant hole was dug and Todd was too lazy to punch through the cap rock (that avocado is now in permanent wilting state). I pointed out that fact and the other 5 plants were planted deeper. 3 of the 6 plants had no other soil added to the limestone. I spent $500 for the planting of 6 plants and they were gone after 45 minutes after breaking our stepping stones and destroying our grass. One day earlier, I had plants put in by Dave of Bayshore Nursery on Ramrod. He, and his team, did a stellar job and took 3.5 hrs doing proper job with proper equipment for less money. Buy your plants at Home Depot or Bayshore and have Bayshore do the install. Todd, at Octopuses Garden, does not care and did not speak one word to me in person. His most honest employee, Dan, no longer works for him.

Very knowledgeable when it comes to the plants. The crew was awesome and always showed up when scheduled. Plants and trees are very healthy. We had one plant that didn't make it and Todd replaced it at no charge. Would highly recommend them.

Spent $7000 on a few palm trees and a hedge. The owner Todd running the machine broke two water lines which I had to fix, not a huge deal compared to the arrogant, condescending, unprofessional, and immature temper tantrum Todd had when I pleasantly informed him that he was placing the hedge in the wrong spot, very shortly after they started. Would not recommend the services of this adolescent to my worst enemy.

Junk pile of a "nursery ", I've been to other nurseries that were clean and well kept. The man on the phone is rude and the woman helping is not helpful at all.

They will sell you anything, tons of plantain that don't grow here especially without using tons of fertilizers and pesticides. Don't trust what they say will grow here. ?
