Overall a pretty good experience. Just wish it wasn’t so much like buying a car. Didn’t like the price tiers, especially since I can buy the same mower through the manufacturer website for Shaun’s lowest cash price, and use a card at no extra charge, plus get 2% cash back. Seems a little weird to charge extra if you finance or use credit or check(see photo). I also found a rebate on the manufacturer website that I wasn’t told about. To their credit, when I told them about it, they gave it to me. Make sure you check the website before you buy. Rick was a great salesman to work with and was very knowledgeable. Service department seems pretty good so far. Had a warranty claim after one day and they fixed it, no questions asked. I’d buy there again, but definitely do a lot of research on different ways to pay. It could save you a lot of money.

I just bought a wonderful Zero Turn Mower in here. The staff here has been beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all their products and were immediately able to answer every question I had about all different types of equipment. This place is a very finely tuned machine which makes the buying experience easy and painless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the future, and their prices were beyond competitive.

Just bought my mower today haven't used it yet but I'm sure it will be fine. Chris was my salesman he did a great job, I grew up in retail and the young man has the personality for it. If I was still managing retail like I used to I'd be glad to have him on my team.......give him a raise.

I purchased a Ferris FW-15 mid-walk behind mower in March. The sale was flawless. I called ahead to check availability, arrived to pick it up, and was on my way home in under an hour.

Fast forward to today: while mowing a customer’s yard, the mower made a strange noise and the self-propelled feature stopped working. I called ahead again, and they began the check-in process before I even arrived. When I got there, they helped me unload and let me know the tech who works on them was in today.

Just 45 minutes later, the mower was fixed at no charge, and I was back to work.

That’s how you treat customers. I highly recommend finding a dealer who stands behind their products. It’s worth the drive for top-notch service.

My husband and I just bought our 2nd Ferris mower at O'Connor's. The mowers are EXCELLENT. The customer service in this store blew me away. All of the salespeople were knowledgeable, kind, and tolerant of many questions. Shaun helped my husband make his final decision on the perfect mower for us. I highly recommend purchasing from here. I feel like we bought from a neighbor or friend. Very impressed.... as you can probably tell. I've been to too many places and spent too much money in store and dealerships where the employees don't care to take the time to help you. O'Connor's was a great experience. We already know the Ferris Mower is a great mower with the best suspension and comfort. We purchased the 60in ISX800.

I took my used Ferris mower, purchased from Marketplace, to O'Connor's for a full service, and the experience was excellent. Despite not buying the mower from them, the young lady who checked me in treated me like a valued customer and was incredibly kind.

The service technician kept me informed via text, providing a detailed update and giving me options for additional work. When I picked it up, everything was documented in a thorough report.

The mower was clean, serviced, and ready for summer. Top-notch customer service all.

The old woman at the parts counter today tried telling me that I was wrong about a deck belt on the ferris is2000z mower saying the belt i had was the right one (160.3"). I tried to explain that I wanted a certain length belt (163.4"). After getting her to do her job, she found the belt I wanted to buy. The old woman then said, "I'm not going to sell you the belt because you will just bring it back and want a refund." The belt was in stock, and she refused to sell it to me. Was trying to buy local, but she just lost O'Connor's future contracts while she is still employed.
