Communication is everything!! When I asked for a quote for our 1acre property in rogers they sent a quote with the price. We accepted and waiting several days for service to start. On the day of service theu come and cut and only cut about half of what I asked to be cut. There was no real resolution other then us canceling the service. My advice to them- work on customer service a bit and have some kind of resolution when your company makes mistakes like this. We went with both their weed control and lawn care service. Both services have been canceled.

I am very happy with my Christmas lights. The string of lights was made specifically to my roofline. They do such a professional job of putting the lights up and taking them down and if I ever have a problem with any of the lights they are quick to replace a bulb. And they are always prompt in replying to phone calls and emails.

Turf-Cuts has been an excellent company with which to work. They have been proactive in communicating any schedule changes due to weather and have consistently come as planned. I also appreciate the ease of communication via email and the ability to pay online. The quality of work has also been excellent and prices are reasonable.
