After many weeks, visits, un-returned phone calls and emails - they tell us today that they do not want to deliver and install as promised in early December. Could have saved us both a lot of trouble and frustration but customer service is not in their vocabulary. I understand they don't want to deal with "small" purchases but just be up front about it. Don't lead us on, my time is valuable too. Wont' go back, won't recommend.

In short the owner of this company is incredibly disrespectful and should be ashamed of himself. We tried to do business with his company and he treated my pregnant wife like complete dirt. I strongly advise against trying to do business with this company.

Long story: We wanted to buy some trees for our house. I called NWA Plants during the week and they told me to visit on Saturday between 7am - 1pm. They said the owner of the company could answer all our questions and advise us on what trees would be best for our property. Great!

On Saturday my pregnant wife visited NWA plants on around 11am. The owner of the company complained to my wife that he was trying to close. (They told us earlier in the week they would be open until 1pm.) Then the staff told my wife that they make very little money per tree and implied that doing business with us would actually be a money loser. Wow!

My wife proceeded to leave. As she was getting into the car they turned on the sprinklers right next to her car and she got wet. That's just mean. Then they shut their front gate BEFORE my wife drove out. The owner said she would have to find a way out on her own. Fortunately there was a back exit so my wife didn't have to re-open the gate on her own.

This is a disgusting way to treat customers so please don't waste your time or sanity on NWA Plants.

I called to find out the location, he gave me the address and then I asked how do I get there, he replies look it up on gps and hung the phone up. If you are wanting someone business, you might not want to hang up on them.
