Hired these guys to do a custom patio and add some retaining walls to my backyard since the slope was so steep. Kurt came out to take a look and give me an estimate. He had some good ideas that seemed to better fit what I wanted than what I originally thought I needed. They not only did excellent work they finished ahead of schedule!! I would highly recommend these guys if you need a makeover for your property!!

We hired Northest Florida Landscaping after another contractor destroyed our yard and took off with our money. Kurt removed the faulty retaining wall we had, fixed all the broken irrigation, drains, electrical and broken fence we had been left with from the previous company. He laid sod in the back and side yards. He and his crew installed a gorgeous retaining wall and stairs, beautiful flower and plant border and even set up the concrete for the deck. Kurt's pricing was very fair and they worked very hard to complete the job ahead of schedule. Kurt and his workers were very professional at all times and we are so blessed to have found him! I am still completely amazed at everything he was able to accomplish in a short period of time! After everything we had been through, he saved us and our yard. I would highly recommend NW Florida Landscaping!

NW Florida Landscaping did an awesome job of building a new privacy fence for our Callaway property. When we added on to the project, it was no problem for them.They got it done quickly. The fencing is even better than the original fencing. I highly recommend them.

Worst experience with a company ever!! Would not recommend to anyone! We hired NWFL Landscaping to lay empire zoysia sod on our entire lawn and install an irrigation system in the back yard. During the process, the crew was unprofessional: using a machete and hacking into trees (just to cut into the bark for the "fun" of it), using the bathroom in the backyard (neighbors complained as they saw them doing it), they broke the gate to our fence, climbing over the fence rather than going through the gate, demolished a portion of our brand new paved driveway, buried several sprinkler heads in the front yard with sod, broke several sprinkler heads, busted a pipe of the irrigation system in the side/front yard and covered it with sod, left large holes in the back yard from trenches dug for the irrigation system (didn't properly cover them with dirt before laying the sod), and we just recently discovered they laid different types of zoysia down...not the empire we had ordered. Due to all the problems they created with the front and side yard irrigation system, the sod did not received the appropriate amount of water it should have during the crucial first two weeks and parts of the sod completely died off. What professional landscaper doesn't test the irrigation system before they leave a job?! We did get them to come back out and fix the broken pipe and sprinkler heads; however, the gate to the fence remains broken. Kurt, the owner said he would be back out to fix the gate, but never returned. He also said he would take zero responsibility for the dead sod in the front yard even though it died due to their breaking of the irrigation system. Also, when we hired Kurt and his crew, we specifically asked if they were bonded and insured, to which he said yes. However, a neighbor called and reported their company to the county while they were working in our yard. The neighbor was suspicious of their unprofessional behavior. When the inspector came out, it turns out Kurt had brought some people that were NOT covered under his insurance to do the work! Kurt even admitted this to us, because he wondered if we were the ones who had called, which we weren't. We, unfortunately, believed his story and didn't check them when they came to do the work. So, do yourself a favor and hire someone else for your lawn and landscaping needs.

After Hurricane Sally, this company was doing work in our neighborhood and I asked them to come by and assess two trees leaning towards my house. Within 48 hours, they are both gone and piled neatly at the curb.

I hired these guys to take care of my mother's lawn since her and my dad are getting a little older and are having a hard time managing their 1 acre yard. Their prices were reasonable and more importan ly they did exactly what they said they would do. My mom is a little particular about her flower beds and has always taken pride in how her yard looks when family and friends come over.

On my last visit she was beaming about how her yard looked better than it ever had and she can't believe she tried to so it so long on her own..... Don't get me wrong she still likes to mess with her flower garden but now it's planting in new things because she enjoys doing it herself. I love my mom BUT the landscapers could do it for her but I don't think she will LET THEM ......

Highly recommend these guys if you're out in Milton or the Pensacola area!!
