I was referred to this business by a neighbor who has been using Jaime's services for years. I do my own lawn care but needed someone while I was out of town for an extended period. I contacted Jaime and agreed on a cadence and price per cut ($35-$45).

After he visited for the first time, I contacted him to remit payment. He now asked for $120 for the first cut and $70 for a subsequent cut. I requested confirmation on why the price changed from what we agreed upon verbally and he claimed that my grass was 30 in, and laughed when I told him that this was impossible as i'd cut it myself a couple of weeks before leaving. There was a smaller patch of longer grass in the backyard where i'd been purposely not cutting to thicken the grass, but it was certainly not 30 inches long.

To prove my point, I sent him security camera videos of his team cutting the grass, showing a length of no more than 5-6 inches (not 30 like he'd ridiculously claimed). Immediately after showing him the videos he said that $50 would cover the service.

He agreed to a price with me, then when I was out of town attempted to bait and switch this to a higher price. He then misrepresented the length of the grass to justify the price and only backed down once I provided video evidence to the contrary. Finally, he arbitrarily dropped my neighbor who has been a customer for years over this issue.

I do not recommend using this businesses services.

Jamie is a nice guy and did a good job top soiling our lawn. His mulch job was ok but he killed several of our plants my husband asked him to save. The issue is we hired him to stain our deck as well and he did a horrible job. First time he did it the deck looked awful. He said that he would charge me another $250 to fix it even though that was not in the original quote and he was the one who picked out the stain for the deck. We also completely destroyed our siding, patio furniture, and kids water tables when he stained the deck. I contacted him multiple times about fixing the siding specifically and he kept saying he would send someone out to fix it but never did, and stop returning phone calls and texts. The damage to our property is so extensive and his lack of response is astounding that I would not recommend for any business because he does not stand behind his work

Jaime has taken care of our landscaping needs for approximately 10 years. He is always responsive and dependable to our contacts for service. Numerous neighbors in our subdivision are regular long term customers of his company and all seem to be satisfied with the caliber of service.
