I am still in awe of this place. This is hands the best nursery I have experienced in my entire life. I don't know where to start because the entire experience is like visiting a botanicsl garden/museum. From the entrance to the beautifully landscaped botanical experience to the customer service and let us not forget the value. Everything imaginable was here including bird baths, waterfalls, souvenirs and so much more. This is a well organized experience for your senses and the ideas are so much to explore. Bring the entire family and easily spend two hours here. Check out the giant parrot.

Bought bottle brush bushes from them before with no issues. But the last time I noticed the price went up . Since I love them so much I still bought 4 , but 2 didn’t make it I’m still trying to hold on since it’s winter time.. hopefully it will come back to life in the summer . But I probably won’t buy anymore plants from them in a while after this. Prices are high now and there’s no guarantee that the plants will make it. I was very disappointed after I planted those…

Best Nursery I have beeen to in a while. The place is beautiful, well organized, well kept. The staff was extremmely helpful and very knowledgeable. You name it, they probably have it. Can't wait to come back!!!

Management is dishonest and unprofessional. They fail to pay a living wage for working in extreme heat and fire employees for refusing to engage in conversation during unpaid breaks. I was initially told I was fired for not staying to talk on my break, but later, the reason shifted to a no-call, no-show, even though I had a medical emergency and attempted to explained the situation. I’m currently reaching out to the Department of Labor for further assistance. The plants here are very over priced as well.

I appreciate your response, but I need to clarify several inaccuracies in your statement. First, I did attempt to explain my absence due to a medical emergency, but I was not given the opportunity to share my side. When I returned to work(even though I was told as I left for my break to "not come back" but I chose to anyway to see if they'd be ready to talk once I was clocked in), I was immediately told I was fired—first for not staying to talk during my unpaid lunch break, and then the reason was changed to my absence on Wednesday.
Second, I was fully prepared to discuss my absence after my break, but I was not willing to give up my legally entitled, unpaid lunch time to have that conversation. Respecting employees' personal time, especially when they are off the clock, should be a priority.
Finally, I resorted to strong language only after being treated unfairly and feeling dismissed and lied to multiple times. This situation could have been handled with more professionalism and mutual respect. I hope that these issues are addressed to create a better experience for future employees.
Now they have employees(Kyla) leaving reviews as a "customer" this is a fake review that was created during her shift today. 2 hours after mine. The other recent review by Eva Black is very clearly a fake account with TODAYS review being their only one.

Nobles is the best! An awesome selection of plants that will grow in North Florida, and they will share their expertise to guide you in your choices. We had deer damage on an apple tree we bought a couple months ago there, and they said we didn't need to buy another. Likewise our friend was told not to buy all she wanted until she got her irrigation system. Long term recommendations like this are proof positive that Nobles wants to help you in the long term, not just a quick buy. Go, ask, and Listen! Everything from small flowers to cedar trees and fruit trees,!

I'm retired and been gardening for decades. I've been buying from Nobles for the 2 years I've been in Live Oak. I like to buy local. Citrus trees, fruit trees, flowers and plants.
A few weeks back I went in to purchase plants for my bathroom and the new skylight. I asked for advise and was told that the decorative sweet potatoes would work fine. Put in hanging baskets I bought there and added good soil. After about a week or so one plant looked bad, so I went back to Nobles and showed an example of what was happening from one off the shelf. I was told you just need to do take care of it by trimming... in a condescending manner. I came back today about 4 weeks after purchase and was told that those had too much moisture in my shower! I must not know too much, but one shower in 2 days is more humid and wet than any day outside at the onset of summer in Live Oak. Then I was informed that there is no guarantee for any plants there! Hmmmmm.... I was looking at the owners reply to other bad reviews.... You need to get rid of those folks who lie to regular customers.... Thomas Hayden from Old Sugar Mill Farm.

Update. Chris at Nobles looked up my account and called me. He understood my concerns and wanted to make things right with me. He offered a refund or store credit for the bad plant, so I went by today and picked out a nice Pothos to put in the freshly cleaned and disinfected hanging basket.
