Working with Nansen is truly a special experience. Words cannot express how thankful we are to have met her. Nansen recently did the florals for our wedding at the Ruins at The Astor. We started our planning process with Nansen about 9 months before the wedding. She had us over to her house and even let us bring our dog. We sat in her living room and discussed our lives, learned about hers, and finally what we had in mind for the event. Nansen has had such a fascinating career and life. We felt her warmth and kindness every step of the way. We admit we did not have the largest budget for flowers as we paid for our wedding entirely on our own with no help from family. Nansen was able to make it work. We are truly forever grateful for that. I am tearing up thinking about it. Nansen is truly creative and passionate about what she does. Our day was absolutely beautiful and was the wedding of our dreams. She worked flawlessly with all our other vendors. Working with Nansen means gaining a friend. The most wonderful and thoughtful experience with a flower shop I am certain I have ever had. Nansen was extra caring not only in her communication through the ordering process but delivery as well. My best friend’s Papa had passed and Nansen’s granddaughter drew a picture for Grammy and my Bestie to cheer them up. It really touched her and is so very much appreciated still. AMAZING service! She delivered flowers the same day I called about them and they were absolutely gorgeous! I will definitely be using her in the future. She even sat down with my grandma who is in an assisted living facility and had a conversation with her. I’m not about to be there for her birthday because I live across the country and it was so special to me that she was able to do this for her.

10/10 go to Nansen! I live out of state and needed to order flowers for a funeral the next day. There were a couple of other florists in the area, but either their flowers weren't the best looking, or they weren't open, so I reached out to Nansen. She does not usually do funeral flowers, but she was ready to help us with our short notice order. She created an absolutely gorgeous and original arrangement for the funeral. If Nansen had not been so ready to help us, we would not have been able to send an arrangement in time. Nansen is very kind, personable and treated us with care. We are so thankful to Nansen and will be recommending her to our family in the area.

Nansen was a life saver and the SWEETEST person ever. My mom’s dad just died and unfortunately she was traveling so my sisters and I couldn’t be there for her after finding out. We decided to send her flowers until she gets back.

Nansen was INCREDIBLE. Not only did she take our very last minute order and agree to deliver it the same day to the hotel, but she was also super flexible with working within the budget we spoke about and came up with a GORGEOUS arrangement. The pictures she sent of the sympathy bouquet were lovely, but I was most struck by her deep compassion, lovely personality, and just generosity of spirit when she spoke about her work. I wished I lived nearby so I could order from her more often!

Nansen is amazing! I ordered over the phone to send a bouquet to my sister for her birthday. I gave her a color focus and price range and she delivered a beautiful arrangement(photos attached).
