Zero customer support. Can't even get a tracking number. My order did eventually show up and seem to be a good product. The lack of communication will keep me from ordering again.

We bought $850 of products from Mr. Stacky directly from their office in Florida. Because my purchase was large they assigned me a consultant Nate Andrade their CEO. We set everything up in a commercial greenhouse exactly as instructed by Nate Andrade.

We had problems because the planters have a design flaw and only half of each tier gets watered. So the first four pods on top get water then only two of the four pods get water cascading down from the top because the drain holes do not line up appropriately.

After 25+ phone calls and unanswered messages finally Nate Andrade contacts me and says that he is very sorry about the problem and he and the owner Yaping Xing Morgan will come to my greenhouse to fix the problem. I was delighted to have them come see the greenhouse only one hour away from the Mr. Stacky headquarters. They never showed up after plans were made, they never answer their phone and don't return messages. It has been months and nothing from; Mr. Stacky, Nate Andrade or Yaping Xing Morgan.
