Mountain Tree Farm has an excellent selection of trees, all or mostly B & B. The health and the quality of trees is outstanding! They also offer a good selection of shrubs and some perennials. Their Buddleias, Salvias, and Agastache all look great and are deer resistant. This is a nursery I will shop at often!

We purchased a fairly large beautiful tree from almost 3 years ago. When they planted the tree we noticed the bark had been split by the installers rough handling and asked if the tree would be OK with the bark split so close to the base. the installer insured us the tree would be fine. We called them a few months later as the bark was separating from the tree and someone came out and told us it would be fine. I asked if they would warranty the tree and was told nothing past a few months from the original install..... Last year the tree had several main branches that were dead and this year, well pretty much dead. Over $500 wasted because of their installers and I now have to pay for removal and a placement of a new tree.... WORST PLACE EVER! Pay a large amount of money and get HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Guess since I didn't buy thousands of dollars for numerous trees I just don't matter.....STAY AWAY

My husband and I purchased two healthy trees and payed to have them planted. After playing phone tag for a few days, I receive a message telling me that since I never returned their calls my trees would be planted the following week. Three of the four times I called back, the call went directly to voicemail and I left a message. When our trees were finally planted, the Bing cherry tree looked dead, not at all like the one we had picked out.
Addendum: It has now been 3 months since the cherry tree was planted in our yard and there are still no leaves or buds.
If you want to buy a tree and plant it yourself, this is the place to go; however, if you need any service beyond that, maybe one of many other nurseries would be a better choice.

We came to look at trees with only a vague idea of what we wanted. The arborist was super helpful and drove us around, explaining the benefits and features of different varieties. Would definitely buy there again.

Beautiful and inspiring property! The owner designed and built the pond and waterfall display and it is an absolute must see. Competitively priced and high quality selection of plants and trees. I love this nursery!

Vince and his crew took such great care of our needs. Not only are their trees mature, beautiful and unique but they also offer a tree-planting service. I chose a gorgeous maple tree as a memorial for my late brother and hoped that I could plant it in his birthday, the upcoming Wednesday. I picked out the tree on Monday to my surprise, they were able to rush to order and arrived first thing on Wednesday morning, my brother’s birthday. I could tell they pulled strings to make my request and I cannot thank them enough for that! This company goes above and beyond for their customers. You get what you pay for and I think their prices are fair for the quality of tree you’re getting, plus the option to have it delivered and planted is a serious convenience. I will always choose them for my future landscaping. They truly care and provide wonderful customer service!!! Thank you Vince, Fernando and the crew!!!
