I haired them for monthly maintenance, which they did well. I asked them to work on other parts of the property (plant new flowers in 6 planters and run drip irrigation) and they sent me an invoice for $10K without any heads up. No quote and billed me hourly, but I had their guys on my Ring cameras standing around most of the time. They do good maintenance but you’ll pay for it, dearly.

Ken the owner is GREAT. He calls to tell you he's on his way and is very knowledgeable with the irrigation issue. He even smells the standing water when there is a leak to detect it's origin. Is it rainwater or is someone's sewer line leaking? ? You're really in good hands with Ken, he treats you fair and is one of the good guys.
