I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of my queen palms and my hybrid fan palm and even more satisfied with the customer service and expert advise provided to me by Mike and the delivery and workmanship done by Nic and his crew. My vision of what I wanted for my backyard has come to life and I couldn't have done it without these guys. I have purchased many plants from Mike at Moon Valley, which include my palms, a San Pedro cactus, firesticks, blue glows, and blue fescues...all of which have been amazing purchases. I have plans to buy more palms to line the other side of my yard and I will definitely be going back to Moon Valley to have that project completed.

Worth every penny , Mike Martinez , Nic and the crew that came out to my home last week to install these awesome trees could not of been better. Everyone in the crew was very respectful towards my family, me and the property. They had to dig through old palm tree roots that made the job take twice as long, and got the job done with perfection.
The fact that you can get healthy trees with a warranty and people that care about how the job gets done is a rarity. We are beyond happy with the service we received from Moon Nursery. Thank you so much we are already planning the next area in our yard for improvement. Side note to the guys there is no old palm trees in that area ?

Outstanding selection of trees and A+ customer service.

I’m buying a large box tree to be our street tree, an Eastern Redbud. Moon Valley had more than a dozen of them to pick from as well as a huge selection of species in a variety of sizes.

My wife and I were drawn to them because of their 1-year tree protection plan and because they plant the tree for you. We wanted to make sure our investment in the tree is protected and that the tree flourishes. I’m confident that Moon Valley will be our partner in achieving that.

Moon Valley Nurseries absolutely DELIVERED!!! From start to finish our experience was amazing. When we first arrived at the nursery they were actually closing up, yet, decided to open just for us. Talk about great, personal customer service. We worked with the Lead Designer Bobbie Flores. He was great! After getting to talking we learned he was a Family Man and a USMC Veteran. Immediately, I knew my Wife and I were in great hands. The installation went perfect and they set up our Queen Palms even better than we could have imagined. Thank you Bobby, Andrew and the team! You guys are amazing and we look forward to doing business in the future.

If you have a complicated landscape, go find Jeremy! I came to this nursery by recommendation from a friend, and I couldn't be more grateful. I had no idea what I was doing with my landscape, but I knew I wanted some color to help my yard pop. I met with Jeremy. He was very thorough. He asked me questions about the dimensions of my yard and what colors I liked, and he helped me pick the coolest tree (flowering redbud) among other things for privacy and flowers. He walked me through the whole process step by step and helped me understand everything I needed to know about the tree. Jeremy is the man with a plan! I've already invited him to my next BBQ to see the sweet new tree. Thank you moon valley team!

Was greeted by excellent customer service. I thought I knew what I wanted but they directed me in the direction I actually needed to go. They gave me plenty of options, showed me colors and asked about sun exposure, planting space, etc. They saved me money by not having to do the same thing twice and making sure what I see happening in my head actually happens in my yard. All their prices included delivery and planting and fertilizer. I won’t be going anywhere else. Ask for Bobby, he’s the lead designer and a wealth of knowledge
