We hired Millenium to install a Provista lawn in April. Instructions were followed to the T regarding watering, etc. In early June areas of the lawn showed extreme distress. Notify Ricky and he told me to call their lawn spray contractor. I also took a sample of lawn to University of Florida extension service. Was told the lawn had “take all root rot”. The lawn spray person sprayed twice for the problem which showed no improvement. The lawn is now completely gone now. I would not recommend this company at this time.

We had Millennium Services install sod and irrigation in our backyard. The staff who answers the phone are friendly and helpful. Ricky is very knowledgeable, he helped us determine the kind of sod we wanted.

Irrigation is never a straightforward install especially with an existing system. There were some change orders that occurred; however, they were able to work with us on pricing.

Overall their pricing is reasonable, performed awesome site prep (removing the weeds and grading), kept a clean job site, professionally removed and replaced pavers to install our irrigation system (seriously I can’t even tell where they did it!), great communication.

We will be using them again for future projects and highly recommend using them to our friends and family.

Ordered 48,000 sq ft of sod for a church project and was shorted over 8000 sq ft. I called and at first was told they would measure the area to make sure my measurements were correct, then was told they wouldn't do anything about it it was my problem. Poor customer service and the pallets were short and not what they said they would be. Stay away from them especially on big jobs. Just got off the phone with Ricky and was told they came up with the same measurements as I did but it's not their problem that I would have to pay for the sod again. I asked why I had to pay for it twice and he said it's not their problem. Update: they still refuse to make matters right so now I'll be seeking legal action.

I just recently had a new sod and landscaping done by millennium services of Tampa Bay! I couldn't be more happy with the price for the amount of work needed to be done, we have battled over the last few years with several different companies to try and correct our problem with our existing yard. Seemed the lawn service would always blame fertilization service and the fertilization Service would always Blame The sprinkler service! Ricky the owner came out to give us reasonable price for the task at hand! 2 days later we had instant gratification!! The staff was great and very good with communication along the process!! Will recommend them to all our family and friends !! Great job guys! We are extremely happy! Thank you!!

Ordered 2 pallets to cover entire pool area that was removed. The customer service was polite and knowledgeable. I Was called before delivery as requested and the pallets were able to be dropped off where asked to be placed. Both pallets of sod was completely green. Every last one of them. Highly recommend.

Ordered, had delivered and i installed 150 sq ft of floratam. Beautiful sod, delivered on time, driver was very careful and helpful (Tony, thanks man), office staff (Judy) was exceptionally helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole purchase and delivery process. I've used these folks before they moved, but still great service and support. ?

I am in no way a landscaper and do not know much about sod. We called around and other places were not too friendly. We wanted 2 pallets and we would pick-up with our own trailer whenever they were available. The Floratam we received was the real deal. Green and fluffy if that makes any sense. The area we placed it does not have sprinklers and we do not use chemicals due to having dogs. So, we prepped the soil, put it down, watered it 1x a day for 1 hour. This was in November. It had not rained almost at all during this time. The grass is flourishing. We will be back as we have nearly 3/4 of an acre in St.Pete and loved the product. The price was less than competitors who would answer their phones. Many do not allow COD pickup orders and hang up on you. Thanks again.
