We chose Merlos landscaping for our newly bought house in Palo Alto. Carlos Merlos came across as a very transparent and hardworking landscaper. He designed our landscape plan and worked diligently with his entire hard-working and professional team to deliver the completed project fast with perfection. We had a water hammer issue whenever our irrigation turned on. Carlos was able to diagnose a faulty sprinkler valve that was causing the issue. Once he replaced the faulty valve the issue was resolved. He also helped with some preventative work to help make repairs easier in the future.
