Last night I went to Menards and it had been such a long time since I had gone and the beautiful cashier with the short hair was so pleasant, kind, and truly a star! Thank you for doing your job with a smile! 5 stars!

I would give this store a 0 if I could. Menards says customer service is important but not at this location. Spent a good 15 min walking around trying to find something and every time I would walk up and ask for help I would get looked in the eye and then they would look down and walk away. One employee looked at me and then just took out his phone and started taking pictures of pallets when he saw me raise my hand up a little to ask a question. Then when I got lucky and found what I was looking for I went to ask if they cut wood. Was told there is a $2 charge per cut (Lowe’s is a quarter per cut after 2 free cuts) or I could go to the warehouse and cut it myself. Since I do not work there I did not know where to go or have I ever heard customers allowed in a business warehouse. Those 3 guys did also seem to be a bit mad when I interrupted their conversation. Went and let I’m guessing maybe the manager know what was going on and how this was the 5th out of 6 times I have had this issue. He said he would talk with his team about it. Just like they all said the last 5 times. If you know the layout of the store then this is an ok place. If you need help just go to Lowe’s and pay a couple bucks more but get help if you need it and they won’t be rude. I’ll drive 30-45 min away to another Menards to get something if they are the only place that carries it. Also I’m going to trash the possible over $100 in rebates because I don’t want to go to that store anymore.

I am extremely disappointed with the rebate program. I have yet to receive any of the rebates I've applied for, and I'm beginning to suspect the entire system is a scam. This outdated and inefficient process is incredibly frustrating. It's time for this company to modernize its rebate system and catch up with the times. I would not recommend participating in this program based on my experience.

Had bad in store customer service. Very bad employee with an attitude but then found a very helpful employee who was very helpful. The 1st employee gave me bad attitude and if I didn't really need what I went for i would have walked out.

We bought a refrigerator and an electruc stove on 8-19 and they had to order the refrigerator so they were going to deliver both at the same time, when the refrigerator came in by 9-11. 9-13 we still hadnt heard from them so we called. Supposedly, it was the stove they had to order but they SOLD THE REFRIGERATOR when it was OURS! They said they couldnt hold the refrigerator, but thats what they had suggested that we do!! (And when we bought them, they told us the fridge had to be ordered) And so the stove came in but the refrigerator was sold, to somebody else, EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FOR IT!! So they said we could come and get a different fridge but we would have to pay the difference Thats a bunch of BS!! So NOW, my fridge is about done, BARELY keeping things cold or frozen, but we have to WAIT ANOTHER AT LEAST 10 days! Customers come last! It’s all about them making money! NOT customer satisfaction!!

Menards Bradley Illinois Bought 2 “Matching” recliners. We live 45 minutes from the store. Now we have to take our time and fuel to drive and exchange the chair. You would think they would make their mistake right be bringing us the correct product! But they say that isn’t Menards policy.

Dominic was so helpful, he saw my mother and I in the parking lot trying to load gravel into our truck and graciously offered to help and loaded it faster than we could’ve. Great customer service!!
