From the first phone call to any additional follow-ups, Ronnie is front and center prompt. After first giving him a call, he was able to find time in his schedule to come out for a site visit and understand the work I was asking him to bid on. As I had gone through a couple vendors in the past, timing to get things started always seemed difficult due to their queue or minimum job amount (price), Ronnie was able to work with me to find a sufficient opportunity where not only he would be able to get initial foot in the door but win additional work as well. Additionally he is upfront with the work he can and cannot do, which ensures that he isn't taking on more than he can chew.

My first effort with him was to get trees planted (that I got for free from SMUD). The effort involved capping existing sprinkler system, removing existing grass/dirt, implement drip system, put down landscape fabric, and install the trees. It was a complete shock to me when it was completed in 2 days!! I had connected with Ronnie afterwards with questions to some components and he was able to swiftly address them without headshakes or change orders.

Second effort was for the installation of new plants (75+, from Western Star Nursery and Green Acres), I had worked with a landscape architect (AJM Landscape Design Studio) to come up with the idea and Ronnie was able to come through with the execution. Existing mulch removed, fix current drip segments with installation of many new ones, relocate or remove existing plants, and put down new mulch. In less than a week's time Ronnie and his team were able to accommodate the work and be forward with anything that had come up, and address any questions that I had.

Looking forward to more continued efforts with Ronnie! He is a hard diligent worker that will continue to get the work done and coordinate when additional help is needed.

Ronnie is a very hard worker and very energetic. We had him remove a lot of very tough vines that were coming from our neighbor's yard that were choking our tall trees. He worked 2 days to remove as much as possible, coordinated with the neighbor, and got everything done. He did a great job on it.

I hired Ronnie to clean up a section of my yard that had previously had wood raised beds. The walkways were infested with weeds and Bermuda grass and needed a huge redo. The project was different in that I wanted to keep all of my native flowering perennials already in the beds but have the wood bed surrounds removed and replaced with dry stacked stones. I wanted a casual, freeform look and wanted gravel walkways and stepping stones.

The project was a lot of work (more than anticipated), but Ronnie and his helper worked hard in very hot weather to perfectly execute my vision. I love my new garden!

I talked to Ronnie who is the owner of the company. He seemed to be profesional and knew what he was talking about. We made an appointment for 10-11. He did reschedule once within 24 hours to make sure he could get to me on time from dropping his kids off at school and then get to said address. He even confirmed the timing the day before. I had advised him multiple times I am an hour away from said address. Upon texting Ronnie in the am multiple times the day of said appointment to make sure of timing. I received no response from 3 text in an hour. I called and no answer. I left a message. He called me about 5 minutes later and said he thought he had changed the timing to later in the afternoon. I asked him why he didn’t respond to my text? Said he was getting his guys out, had to drop a full load and then go back to his house and he could meet me. I said thank you and the phone disconnected. I received a not so pleasant voicemail in which I returned. I was explaining to him what was going on and Ronnie became rude. I did say I was frustrated by the situation and he said things happen. I said yes they do. And a text or call would have sufficed. He then said what’s your point sounds like bs to me. I said. I was going to reschedule with you but now that you’re being so rude no thank you. We will be using someone else. I then received a msg 12 minutes later apologizing for the inconvenience and miscommunication and hopes that I find someone to help me. I hope Ronnie figures out his scheduling issues as it seems this is not the first or last time this has happened. For future reference being professional is reaching out to your appointments if you can’t make them in a timely manner.
