AMAZING and totes unexpected delight all for FREE! In the outskirts of Orlando, I guess you'd call it. Fabulous grounds with incredible demo gardens of all shape and size. Loved the gopher tortoise population that just wanders around at will and the green and brown anole which are EVERYWHERE. Super duper must-see for any level of botany nerd.

This was a nice garden and a great place to walk around or have a picnic. The greenhouse was closed when I went but it seemed nice. The flowers were beautiful and I could see myself going back and falling asleep on the grass or walking the dogs here.

Beautiful place to see nature and birds. I went there to do some bird watching, and saw 28 species in 90 minutes walking just over a mile. Great diversity of habitat and fantastic for kids.

Beautiful calm walk with a few nice ponds, small lakes, streams etc. Wonderful paths thru gardens, butterflies, birds and a cool breeze. Sitting areas and Pavillion are available. No charge to enter or park. Great for a picnic! Great fir sitting in front of a small pond with available chairs and reading, meditation, listening to a low radio, etc. Just well kept and clean. Nobody smoked weed, Nobody played outrageous loud music, no disorderly kids, no skateboarder, just peace and serenity.

Let's just say I enjoyed being outdoors. It looks like while in bloom the area would be really nice. The entrance was really pretty and there were a lot of people there. We even sat down at some tables to eat out ice cream. There was wildlife everywhere throughout the park. Once we started walking, there wasn't much of a clear path on how to get anywhere. We didn't take a picture of the map, but I felt like we were just kinda walking through a muddy trail. I like the outdoors, so naturally it was okay. I just didn't think it was anything special sadly. I do want to come back in hopes we just messed up, and I'll upload more pictures then too.

Small and wild, it has so many varieties, a great place for green thumbs. Me has non but still enjoyed it.

Many volunteers are working there, who are friendly and talkative, even thanking us for feeding the mosquitos ha ha ha. Ops I only managed to kill one, unintentionally, as I was scratching my itchy leg.

We love this paradise in the middle of the city. You can come with your dog and have a lovely day and even make a picnic. We came last weekend to see the youth orchestra and it was such a magical environment to listen to Christmas carols outdoors.
