We sold our gorgeous home in Apple Grove, it's been the best place to raise our kids. Our HOA used MD Property Services for our landscaping for over 10 yrs! And our yards have been AMAZING! So nice not to worry about it ourselves! EASY for us busy people. Quick to fix sprinkler issues and things and always had our property looking clean and tidy! Thanks MD! This company is contracted to take care of the landscaping for our development. There has been black slime mold and bald patches for months, and despite numerous requests from the HOA to resolve this issue, and visits to the site from the company, there has been no effort to fix these issues. On top of that, they run the sprinklers more often than needed, making our backyard a swamp and a breeding ground for this mold they refuse to remove. They do not seem to actually care about their work or their customers.

Worst landscape company ever. We moved into a new home in a new subdivision and I had the privilege of seeing how this company operates. Their workers literally put the new grass and bark in over the construction debris. They didn’t put water on any plants when they planted them and most of our plants died. I tried to talk to the workers to fix it but none of them spoke English so I couldn’t communicate with them. Just one drive through our subdivision is all it would take for any person to be convinced on how horrible their work is. I strongly recommend anyone to find a different landscaping company if you want any sort of quality work.

They mow at my HOA and last week they didn’t blow off lawn clippings from driveway. It’s fine i pulled out my blower and cleared concrete. I did not say anything. 1 week later and I’m sitting on porch with my kid and MD employee blew the stuff all over while I’m here. I tried to stop them but he just smiled and blew stuff. I guess the shower I just took wasn’t good enough. I need to wash the dust off myself now.

*UPDATE* to no one’s surprise, another thing this company worked on is broken. This is issue like…. 5 or 6 from MD landscaping. I’m just shocked they are even a legit company at this point.

*original review* Our home builder hires this company for all landscaping. I am honestly shocked edge homes hired them. We’ve been in our home for 7 months and in that 7 months, they’ve dug up our internet line 2 times, cracked our concrete, and most recently (yesterday) turned off the water to our house without telling us. They turned it off at 11 am, and now it’s 7:30 am the next morning and it’s still off. There has been 0 communication as to why it’s off, how long it will be off, nothing. I have 2 kids & 2 dogs in my home. We cannot live with our water being off. And funny enough, it’s completely illegal to a shut water off with no communication. And there has not been 1 single person from MD landscaping who has communicated a single thing to me or my husband. I’m beyond upset with MD landscaping and will be in contact with edge homes to make sure they stop hiring them.

Unprofessional and dishonest company. They certainly didn’t care how poor quality their work was. They show up when they want, they don’t do half of the work, and they try to overcharge and cheat. Beware and pay attention of what they are billing for. This used to be a good company but now MD deserves a -1 star. The good employees have all left. Go somewhere else.

Stellar experience with MD Property Services. We tried probably 20 landscaping companies to come clear out our overgrown front yard shrubs and put in some nice low maintenance plants. Everyone either said they only did new constructions or they quoted us above 10k. Many never showed up to their appointments to give an estimate. Kurt from MD showed up exactly on time, and walked around with me listening to exactly what I wanted done. He told me what I should expect in terms of work done, and gave me an official estimate a few days later, far cheaper than any other service we'd been quoted by.

The work itself was amazing. The two guys who worked were incredibly fast, efficient, and highly professional. They were totally fine with me twice adding to the scope of work because they were so fast and so good I had to take advantage of it and clean up a couple other areas. They did everything better than we imagined and we now have a beautiful front yard with gorgeous curb appeal. I can't recommend them enough, and would absolutely use them again!

We use MD at our large condo complex and I highly recommend them. We've used MD a few years now for landscaping and sprinklers and plan to continue using them. Their prices are within our HOA's budget and our account manager, Alex, is easy to get a hold of. He communicates well to our management and responds quickly to us. The job is always done in a timely manner and the work done always looks great. They just did some tree removal for us and that job was done quickly and looks great also. Again, highly recommend and we'll keep using them.
