Bought a tree, which the owner's son picked the spot, they planted it, I followed their directions and it died. They told me it was past the warranty date and haven't answered an email since. There's better services out there.

Response-Your response is a complete fabrication of the truth. I watered/maintained exactly to your specs (why would I risk thousands of dollars?) YOU planted it where YOU said it should go. You never offered a discount or a replacement tree, just "ideas", nor did you ever respond to my emails, hence this review. Here's a picture of trees I bought from your competitor doing just fine right next to your dead tree (staked into place).

Just refund the money for the tree.

For everyone else out there, you can see the tactic this guy plays-Plant the tree late in the season, so the warranty runs out after 1 summer of attempting to take root, then blame the customer. The other 1 star review has the same issue, it's not us, it's YOU.

McCoy tree farm it’s absolutely stunning. They have the most beautiful blue spoon and Aspen and the owner French, very charming and gets great customer service.

The owner seems like a nice guy when your buying but when something you buy dies you won't hear back from them they do not warranty their trees or shrubs I bought three shrubs last spring I told them a week later they didn't look like they'd make it he said wait til next spring so I did and sure enough they all died and still haven't heard back from them.

Awesome place to deliver to bad news drivers no service at all. Own and his son are very nice people and all there employees are hard working. Will deliver here anytime
