First, Manny is dependable and even does things to my lawn and landscaping, little touch ups, that I don't ask for and he doesn't charge me for. If it's a large project, I think he's fair with his pricing and if able to lower the price, then he does it. He's conscientious about his work and responds quickly to my emails and requests. With the last large project, I knew something desperately needed to be done and was grateful, and a bit surprised, at how good he made it turned out. He's still surprising me.
