WORST SERVICE EVER..
My experience with this company was so unprofessional. I hired him originally to redo my landscape island. It had stones and was neglected by previous owners. I hired him a month before I moved into the house. I asked him to remove everything including the stones and redo the island. He did not remove the stones and put mulch on top of it. He didn't complete the work until 2 weeks after I moved in. His excuse was that he didn't remember the request and it didn't make a difference. You can see the stones through the mulch. He was also arrogant about it instead of sincere stating that he has over 100 clients now and can not keep track of every request. He offered to put more mulch to cover the stones but never did. The next incident was today when my husband found all our religious artifacts crushed in our yard and some thrown in the trash. I called Jordan the owner immediately. I explained that we found our religious artifacts crushed and some in the trash. He explained that one of his employees was on the mower and didn't see it. Jordan saw it afterwards but stated" I'm a Christian. I thought it was garbage. We don't know about that stuff in Florida ". Once he saw them he threw them in the trash. He never informed us of the damage. I advised him that if it was in the way he could have advised us to move it. But to throw someone's religious artifacts in the trash was very disrespectful and he didn't say anything about it. I had to call him as he was leaving. I advised him, that my husband is furious and we would like to send him the invoices for the items damaged by his company. He told me he wasn't responsible for anything his employee did and will cancel my contract. I never had poor service like this even from the lowest fast food chain. I will be seeking damages and filing a complaint for such poor service and his ignorant bigotry. I do not have the space to write how much we had to endure and how many chances I have given him. Fortunately this incident happened so we can cut ties and move on to a real professional company. NOT HIRE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. HE WILL GIVE YOU EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE OF HIS MISTAKES WITH AN IGNORANT ATTITUDE. He only formed this company a year ago and will use this as an excuse for his mistakes as well.

I recently used the landscaping services of Lush Landscapes, located in Gateway.

Jordan's project was to reuse a layer of blocks and create two smaller areas on side of the house. This required, power washing them, resetting, and leveling. He used the sidewalks to power wash which left bleach marks from the blocks, and tire tracks from his bobcat on the sidewalk. He said after a few weeks, rain and sun would clear that. He was also to bring a few sod pieces to fill in front of the blocks on the new sections. I reached out to him aftet two weeks, no response.. I reached out again two days ago. His response was "too busy" I reminded him of his customer satisfaction, and sent pictures. I also lost a bromeliad due to it being covered by the added river rock. His lack of followup and fully completing the job shows his customer satisfaction isn't his main concern. Would not recommend him for landscaping services.

Jordan and his team of Lawn Care Professionals are unparalleled by their contemporaries. I’ve been using Lush Landscapes for 6 months now on a weekly basis for edging and weedwhacking (I mow my own lawn due to having Bermuda grass and no one in Lee county will service Bermuda correctly by using reel mowers). Jordan and his team arrive on time and take great care with highest attention to detail. His team is ALWAYS professional and greets myself and my wife with a smile and wave. Their performance is as polished as their appearance. I will continue to use their services and can’t say enough great things about this solid company.
