Hired lip allscapes for some emergency drainage work and I’m so happy with the outcome. They came out for an emergency call and took care of my issues and made some repairs on my irrigation system highly recommend!! Don’t be fooled from the fake negative reviews

If I could give negative stars, I would.
LP Allscapes “LLC” , aka Phil Jimenez, is a fraud. He made promises he did not keep, did not show up when he said he would, said he didn’t receive texts from us, did not provide a 3D rendering to scale of what he was going to do for our yard, would leave sporadically in the middle of the job and not come back and failed to communicate, he did not grade and put down weed barrier properly, asked for 50% deposit and promised we’d have trees, lighting, shrubs, and irrigation and he would work around our retaining wall work, he quoted us $10,000 for a job only to find out he’s not a licensed contractor and can’t legally charge more than $500 in the state of California without a license, this is in willful violation of section 7026 of the California business and professions code and a misdemeanor per said code. He claims to be an LLC but is not registered with the secretary of the state of California. He is a fraud and belongs in prison. And, we just found out he’s defrauded multiple people across the county totaling well over $40,000. Do NOT do business with this man. He is a smooth talking criminal and makes promises he does not keep, all the while blaming the client for his incompetence and complete lack of professionalism. We have served him papers and are taking him to court for committing business fraud.
