I’ve been taking the BAM blend supplement from Longevity Garden for a few months now and I feel great. I take two capsules whenever I feel like I need more greens in me for the day. I have a “disease” where it attacks all my muscles and joints 24/7. There is no cure but I was intrigued in the moringa supplement as they are stated to help with joints. Before taking these I had a hard time just moving my fingers, getting out of bed, or doing anything. I take 2 pills every morning and although I will always have this “disease” it has helped me tremendously in where I am not in that great of pain in the joints or muscles everyday. I am thankful for this product and how wonderful the service is as they are there to help and figure out what is best for your needs. I will continue to use this as long as they make it.
