Brian was great in the beginning of our contract. We signed 1/yr $300 monthly for an average lawn size and a few fruit trees. He mowed a few times but missed the fall window to aerate and seed. He apologized and offered to waive the fee in the spring. In April, he just stopped showing up with no txt/call to inform us why.

I hate to write bad reviews but we hired him based off his reviews and we have been completely let down by him.

Edit to add after a lengthy response from the business owner… I’d like to start this by saying I leave the majority of reviews on yelp. If anyone is questioning my character I highly encourage them to check out his yelp page- I left a review and look over my other 23 reviews! Also, leaving a review is to inform the public about an experience with a company not settle a dispute. To sum up this review we fell for the classic bait and switch…

Since Brian elaborated so much I guess I need to do so as well. We signed July and we started asking early November what the game plan was for the fall aerating and seeding- we never received any plan and he missed the window to aerate and seed (see attached texts). We kept him because my husband just wanted a nice lawn for the kids and someone who we thought was knowledgeable. He would come almost every Thursday but there is very minimal things to do in the yard during the winter so the toy cleanup (that he did stop doing and I could have cared less) was nice.

When spring came and he was ignoring us after multiple attempts to contact him throughout the week (see attached texts) We ended up having to hire a babysitter and do all the work ourselves. If you know anything about basic lawncare the Fall and Spring are the seasons to rehab and grow a lawn, right? The two seasons he left us in the dark. We were very understanding of weather and when he couldn’t get the help he needed. We were not ok with him blowing us off and that is why I left the review I did.

As you can see in the texts we were very kind and upfront with him.These are texts that started early November and a few more current. Same issues in the fall and spring. It was not until the end that I started to get frustrated. He didn’t meet our expectations and now he needs to be called out on it. I’m sure he does great work for day jobs and asks people for reviews. If a company needs to ask for a review that is a red flag.

I did write nice reviews while I was writing his not because I was trying to fool people but because those businesses deserve those great reviews. Apparently, yelp is not used much these day..

We are human we ALL make mistakes including myself but we hired him and paid him monthly and he did a horrible job. I did contact BBB after he didn’t reach out but I did not ask for all of our money back that’s crazy. It’s public record and anyone can look up the complaint. Brian, I wish you the best. Brian and his team are an absolute pleasure to do business with! My home's lawn and landscaping was a neglected disaster, and they came in and promptly cleaned it up and made it good as new! The communication was spot on as well. I enjoyed the conversations I had with him, and he kindly/respectfully suggested ways to improve and also just taught me things I didn't know! 10/10 experience.

Brian did an excellent job taking care of our backyard that had gotten out of control. He was able to make it out the next day after I contacted him and he really went above and beyond getting the areas I was concerned about taken care of. Absolutely recommended and I will definitely give him a call again in the future!

Very clearly an honest guy/company not just in it for the money! We told him what we have going on and what we have tried regarding an invasive tree, and he freely advised us to try a certain product first so that we could save money. As first time homeowners, every penny counts so this means a lot. We are so grateful!

Called him on a Thursday night to take care of weeding around the house. He inspected the property on Saturday and finished on Monday. Prompt and efficient. Also offered to clean up the palm tree and did that expeditiously.

I highly recommend working with Brian! My yard was getting out of control and too much for me to handle. He came out to give me an estimate the same day I called him. He did a huge clean up job and now maintains my front and backyard. He is always polite and takes care of whatever need arises. My yard always looks amazing!
