Hired to clean an empty lot that hadn’t been maintained. Walked around showed them what I wanted done. Agreed to a price for the work. I specifically said I didn’t want the leaves mulched as their was so many and want to plant grass. Was mulched anyways and spread back over the lot. There was A lot of leaves to begin with over 50 were bagged but just as many was still ‘mulched’. Still have the same problem but now just in smaller pieces. Have to hire someone to come do job again the correct way.
