I was contacted by Lizard Landscaping and Sprinklers after putting in a request on Yelp for help in getting my very large yard under control.

The yard was quite a disaster. Areas of dried practically dead grass, weeds, and just a general air of not being taken care of by the home's previous owners.

Frank, the proprietor of Lizard Landscaping and Sprinklers, arrived for a consultation, and I found him direct, thorough, and easy to talk to. He identified immediately that the reason for the poor state of the lawn was a severe lack of water. He told me what I needed to do with the irrigation timer to get more water on the lawn.

A follow-up showed that many of the problems still existed. After a thorough inspection, we then talked, explored options, and agreed that we needed to essentially start over with fresh pop-up sprinkler heads and rotors. Frank was comfortable with me sourcing my own components after I gained an understanding of what he felt was best for the future of the lawn.

The work was a large project that lasted several days, included relocation of some units and the use of additional components to ensure proper installation of the new parts, and the project was still fairly priced.

And with that, now that the lawn has a properly operation irrigation system, the grass is already greening up.

I am looking forward to the coming steps of feeding, seeding, and building an awesome looking lawn over the next several months.

I highly recommend Frank without reservation for sprinkler and irrigation work, and I look forward to another review once the lawn is looking great to detail that part of the business as well.

A job well done! Edging, weeding, trimming and mulching completed with glue. Plus very knowledgeable about sprinkler systems! Very professional respectful, kept in contact, with showing up to do the job. Everything completed with what I needed to be done, also will follow up with visits to maintain. Cost was as expected, for the job needed to be done. I highly recommend Lizard Landscaping and Sprinklers.
