This nursery is very well organized and labeled. Finding what I wanted in a nursery has never been easier! They had large signs to mark the different sections and plant varieties. Their staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. All three staff members I encountered answered the questions I had about prices and plant varieties, and also offered great advice as well as personal opinions about which plants to buy based on my location, yard design, and gardening goals. I also liked that this is an IFA retailer.

I gave them my Lawn Mower on 07/13/2024 for a simple tune-up. Today is 10/29/2024 and they are still not finished with my lawn Mower. I have not received a single update call and they NEVER answer the phone. I have driven there in person 6 times to ask about my mower and they always have some excuse about how slow their supplier is or something. They also never remember me even though it is always the same guy at the counter. They told me the last time I was there that they had everything they needed and would have my mower finished the next day. He promised that they would call with a update after confirming my phone number. I never got a call and it has been a week and still no mower. This is the 3rd time they told me this same thing.... I am thinking to go to the Police or something. They have stole my mower.

Nice store wish I can buy stuff from them. Skeleton crew. It’s like they didn’t want my money. I wanted 20 minutes to check out and they expect me to haul around 1 to 7 gallon plants.

I won't be back!! This isn't the first time an employee has been rude. I literally walked in the cashier made eye contact no hello nothing. Instead, she gave me a dirty look. I walked in and right back out. Sad no one knows what customer service is anymore. I love shopping local but not here. I thought this place would have a small town welcoming feeling. By others review definitely not the case.

I agree with the others. The customer service sucks in person and on the phone. Plus they charge double what Home Depot does for Sluggo Plus (what I went there for but Home Depot was out of). Off to Cook's which is a little further but a world of difference between the two. They're ALWAYS friendly and good prices.

I had never been to the linden nursery before but I’ve been wanting to go for ages. I finally got a chance to make my way over yesterday to buy my brother a birthday present. I had a really great time looking around at all the fun things they had, it was a really cute store. From the time I walked in to the time I finished gathering my things I didn’t have any complaints. That is until I got to the checkout. There was an older lady helping another customer. She was being friendly and polite and I didn’t think anything of it. But when I got to go check out I noticed her demeanor immediately changed after seeing my girlfriend and I walk up. I’m not entirely sure why since we had been very polite and patient but I could tell she disliked us. I felt uncomfortable the rest of the trip because of the way she interacted with us. No verbal rudeness was exchanged but I felt unwelcome in the store. I would love to recommend this store to others but to be honest that kind of ruined my whole experience. I hope it was just the one lady that was working who acts this way around customers because it makes a world of a difference going to a store with friendly and helpful employees. I hope nobody feels unwelcome the way I felt. I hope you’re employee was just having a bad day and is better in the future. I wish her the best and hope she finds happiness.

This place is the best! I have wanted to get a couple oak trees, and I forget and get there too late in the season, they're all gone. I showed up one day, and they only had 3 oak trees, but they were 3-4 years old. Price tags of $395 and such. I said I would just come back in the spring and get a little one. Melanie said, "If you buy all 3, you can have them for $100 each" Wow! I said, "This one looks like the top is dead. Okay -- $75 for that one. Thank you Linden Nursery! All three trees are doing well. The one with the dead top, I waited a year, cut it off, and it grew a new leader that has out-paced one of the other trees! I LOVE these oak trees!
