Crew uses ride on mowers &!drive so fast they almost hit my house but did hit my outside faucet, broke it and the hose connected to it. Carlos denied any responsibility even though my neighbor saw it and the hose was fine the day before they mowed. No attention to detail, no customer service very overpriced, would give zero stars

Carlos and his guys do a great job! It’s hard to find a good Lawn service company. Took us over 2 years and a lot of companies. Level Up Lawn Care is the best! They keep our yard looking the best in the subdivision!

Normally they do a decent job, however during the rainy season my backyard gets damp, they're riding lawn mower is way too heavy and has completely torn up my yard, I requested for a push mower in that area as they go incredibly fast every time they do mow my lawn with a heavy riding mower. They don't do straight lines they go in circles and go over their lines. My request wasn't considered and service was canceled. Quality over quantity, with so many lawn care services in this area this is unacceptable. AND the audacity to charge me for this mess still!

I also paid $650 for the initial clean up of my yard when I first moved in. So getting on hands and knees to pull weeds is part of the job that was paid for! I have a company now that does push mow in that area no problem!

Carlos and his team are the best. We’ve been working with them for 2 years and we can’t be happier. They pay attention to the details and have been able to assist with seasonal hedges and removal. Not just the grass cutting which by the way they are very good at. If you are looking for a lawn dude. Level up with this team.

Carlos and his teams do an excellent job! They are efficient with time and the lawn looks great. I like the easy credit card monthly billing, as I’m not always home when they arrive. Highly recommend this company! Update: Carlos sent his team (Xavier and other two gentlemen were all very polite and hardworking!) to trim multiple palms in my front and backyard. What a difference! Carlos and his team are the ultimate professionals. I hired LevelUp to do a landscaping job and Carlos came out with one of his team leaders to scope the work and hear my ideas. They were thoughtful and creative, but kept my budget in mind. They did such a great job on my landscaping, I hired them to do my lawn maintenance. Carlos is patient and explains things. I appreciate his professionalism but also he does put pride in his work and it shows. I would recommend LevelUp for maintenance or landscaping needs.
