I ordered the Rhapois Multifida Palm tree. The plant arrived in good condition The roots were carefully handed , I got the same quality i saw on the website Lets grow Florida! Packing was done very professionally. It was delayed a bit, the fault was UPS they were are always late ?

I bought a dypsis pembana palm. It arrived bare root wrapped in moss. I immediately put it in a pot with top soil and cow manure. Within a week it was dying. Sent pics and they told me via email to fertilize it, which I did. However, it is still dying. Now they are telling me it has a fungus and will not refund nor send me a replacement. They are trying to blame me for their bare root palm dying. I refuse to be blamed especially since I continuously updated them and to the tee followed their instructions. Do not buy from this company. They do not stand behind their products. This is the SECOND tree that I have bought that died.

I ordered 6 rainbow eucalyptus trees. Followed the instructions to a tee. Our yard is an oasis and we know how to take care of trees and plants. However, 3 of the expensive rainbow eucalyptus trees died within one week of getting them. The leaves started falling off right away. I emailed twice (there is no phone number) and never heard back.
