When the worker was using the weed cutter he accidentally cut the wire to my air conditioning. When I brought this to their attention after the Heat & Air serviceman left my house, he denied that it was possible, and due to the time frame in which I notified them they refused to help with the cost. They stated that had I told them they could have fixed it in 5 min had that it would have only cost $5. I rarely go into my back yard and had no idea that it had been cut. The odd part is that about ten minutes after I text him the second time, I heard a noise from out side so as I was walking to the window I saw him going out of my back yard so I went to the door I watched him drive off. Few minutes later he texts and says he will come by in a few min to look. I text him and asked why he was coming back since he had just left. He didn't reply.
