Ours is a sad story to have to share, but feel it's necessary as a cautionary tale.
We began using Lawn ReLeaf in 2019 at a different property than we are in now. We were always impressed with their timeliness, attention to detail, and communication. Marianne, the office manager at the time, ran the show and she was amazing to work with. We always recommended the company to anyone asking for lawn care. They were our obvious choice when we bought our house We were the definition of loyal customers and have been until just recently.
There had already been some inconsistencies beginning in 2022, but coming off of COVID...we gave them the grace we thought anyone would deserve. Things got progressively worse, however and became hard to ignore.

I realized 3 weeks ago, that we were overdue for our bi-weekly service by at least a week. So by that point our lawn was already 3 weeks grown out. The week I noticed, I called and asked when they would be out, and was told by the end of the week. They did not come. The next week, I called and was told they would be "in my area" on Wednesday, and that we were on the schedule. They did not come. Thursday was the 4th so of course we didn't expect service, but they didn't come Friday either. So my husband called this week (I was at my wits end and didn't want to lose my cool at this point), and they proceeded to tell him that they had begun a monthly contract model (news to us), and that basically everyone setup with the monthly subscription service took precedent over those of us that were not, and we (nearly 5 year customers with zero knowledge of this change or any opportunity to rectify the oncoming problem, even after multiple calls inquiring about our next service) were effectively just "squeezed in" whenever because apparently our business was not important enough to be scheduled like other paying customers. So there we were with a 6 week grown out lawn, with no idea how long it would be until they could service us.
Needless to say, that was unacceptable, so we began looking immediately after that final call. The same day, I was very pleased to talk with a gentleman named Bernard with Elite Mowing Services, LLC, who came out the same day and quoted our yard. The amount of sheer neglect due to Lawn ReLeaf's lack of follow through amounted to a hefty but reasonable (considering the circumstances) initial service fee, but he came out 2 days later (exactly when he said he would) and all I can say is WOW. He and his team did a beautiful job.

Dear neighbors....if you are looking for good lawn care in the area and considering Lawn ReLeaf....please...heed our warning. Most good things do come to an end eventually, and even though they as a company"look" professional on the outside, lipstick on a pig is just that--a pig in lipstick. Even in the end, when I called to cancel service, there was not even an attempt to save our long time partnership. It was genuinely so callous. Just take a stroll through the reviews similar to mine and take a look at the unhinged clapbacks from "ownership". ..something I wish I'd noticed earlier.
Please shop around before you dupe yourself into a monthly contract with this company. They could care less anyway

Can't say enough good about Lawn ReLeaf, Inc. The estimator arrived quickly and was very polite and personable. Got an estimate the next day and work was completed a few days later at a reasonable price. They did a great job trimming shrubs and cleaning up weed-filled flowerbeds. To top it off, at the time they were working, our elderly neighbors were struggling to load a large foster dog into their vehicle. One of the Lawn Releaf team saw them and helped them. When I got home that evening, my neighbor made it a point to tell me all about it and how much they appreciated the help. So courteous!

This is the most Honest, hardworking, and thorough landscaping company out there. I found them by reading reviews online. I emailed them about doing some landscaping for my back yard and they promptly responded and came out the very next day to give me an estimate. During that visit, I told Zach and Aaron about how one of the sprinklers had been leaking for about 6 months. The area was always muddy, and wouldnt dry up despite the summer heat. I told them I had the POA landscaping company look at it and they said it “wasn’t leaking”. Within two
Hours after Zach and Aaron left they had their Irrigation manager, (Jamie) out to my house and he and his team fixed the problem. Jamie also got the sprinklers back on a schedule and the next week he came out to see if any changes needed to be made. After we got the sprinklers fixed. I decided last minute that I wanted the flower bed boarder to be a custom rock boarder instead of the typical metal boarder. I sent pictures of what I wanted to Aaron, and he matched the stone perfectly. Before they could start the work, we ran into a problem with the gutters. The gutters themselves were clean but the downspouts that drain to the street were severely clogged. So anytime it rained the gutters were spewing over into the yard. Luckily Lawn ReLeaf came to the rescue and sent Cole their Landscaping manager over and he cleaned and unclogged them. A few days later it rained and Cole came over to make sure they were draining properly. 3 weeks had gone by and my plan was to have the back yard completed before my wedding on September 30th. (because my fiancé was having a brunch the morning of our wedding.) I texted Zach and asked if it could be done before and he moved their entire schedule around to accommodate it. As they were finishing up the Thursday before my wedding I literally was in shock when I saw how awesome the yard looked. They were extremely thorough as if it were their backyard. Before leaving, they made sure everything was perfect- even sweeping off the rock boarders and picking up a few leaves by hand. The next day in the mail, I had a hand written thank you note from them! If you’re looking for an awesome company to do some landscaping for you, trim your grass, rake your leaves, or even fix your sprinklers you will NOT be sorry for calling Lawn ReLeaf. Their work was better than I anticipated and is ALWAYS first class. Thank you Zach, Aaron, Jamie, Cole and the many others on the Lawn ReLeaf team for transforming my back yard!

I used them for lawn aeration 2 times. It was the only service I used from this company. It was a bit of phone tag over about 5 days to schedule, and another 7 or 10 days before they came. First time was great, lawn was aerated thoroughly with top quality equipment. I pre-paid the day of service. When scheduled the second time it was again a couple phone calls over several days, but we got it scheduled. Second time was a half attempted aeration with a fischer price piece of equipment. Turns out the equipment they used before was a rental since theirs was broken. They missed large sections of the yard and the rows were few and far between. Probably 30% of the yard was missed. I tried to pay them before hand on the day of the service, but they said, "No, our owners don't trust us with the payments." Turns out, they don't trust their customers either. A week or two later I called to ask about payment and was told I would receive a bill in the mail. It came about 2 months after the service. I don't like to mail checks so I looked on their website and couldn't find a payment option. I absolutely hate it, but I went to the post office to put a check in the mail. A few months later they apparently never deposited the check since they sent the payment to a collection agency. They never even bothered to call to asked if their was any issue. The fact that they don't trust their own employees to accept a payment should have been a red flag to me. I will not be using or recommending this company in the future.

I can highly recomment Lawn Releaf. They maintain my sprinkler system, trim and edge my lawn during the summer months, (I like to mow, but I am weed-eater impaired!) But the biggest ReLeaf they have given me is the french drain they installed to keep my garage from flooding. Every time we had a heavy rain, my garage flooded. It was a nightmare. Now, it is dry as a bone and no more worries. Their prices are very reasonable, too. Great crew!!
