I write this review as we are under a flash flood warning, confident that the drainage issue I was experiencing before calling Lawn Proz won’t create a water problem in my home.

Our backyard slopes toward the house and was creating a lot of standing water at the foundation. I called a few companies and Mark with Lawn Proz was the first to call back. We spoke for 20-30 minutes on that first call, and Mark was extremely professional. The thing that really caught my attention was his guarantee that he would solve our problem. After scheduling to initial visit for the quote, we received the bid from Mark. It was about 25-30% more than the other quotes we received, though the job specifications were a bit different. Specifically, Mark’s team intended to run the drain pipe to the street, coming out of the curb, rather the a pop up in the yard.

Fast forward to job completion and we ran into issues with our sprinkler system not working. Mark came out with no questions asked on two occasions to make repairs to the sprinkler system that sustained some damage while the pipe went down. I was impressed by Lawn Proz for standing behind their word and taking care of everything for me without hassle. Additionally, his team was efficient, friendly, and professional.

While Lawn Proz isn’t the cheapest in town, I feel confident recommending them on quality and professionalism. Plus, when it comes to potential water damage, the real value for me is in fixing the problem correctly, not cheaply. I’d use Lawn Proz again and recommend them highly.
