I've been using lawn love for years, my mower is Ricardo. I always get a message from Ricardo if there's going to be any kind of problem or delay, which there very rarely is, and every time he's done my lawn looks great!

Our lawnmower broke down and we were looking for a temporary service of ONE lawn mowing session while we search for a new lawnmower. Lawn Love Care has a MINIMUM of 3 weeks of mowing and we were quoted $50 each week to cut our flat lawn which is only 30' x 6' wide. They also charge more if your grass is over 6 inches. We never let our slow growing grass grow above 2 inches and currently our grass is 2.5 inches.
This should not cost more than $25 to cut our lawn which takes less than 10 minutes to cut!

Also, it seems they outsource their call centers to other countries and use horrible sales tactics.

We are so impressed by Lawn Love. As a new resident to Orange County, we were lost on how to maintain and upkeep our yard. We found Lawn Love and their team did a wonderful job making our backyard into a beautiful and inviting space. Customer service is what Lawn Love does best. They answered our email and phone requests, even though we had to reschedule numerous times. Then once the job was completed, they followed-up to make sure that it was done to our satisfaction.

I recommend Lawn Love to all of my neighbors and anyone who is looking for professional lawn services!

AVOID. Lawn Love is unreliable. I own rental homes have used them in the past. I scheduled leaf clean up online for my residence and received three emails to reschedule. Received one this morning stating that the "lawn professional" was on the way and another that he had completed the job. In fact, he was a no-show/no-call. I tried to cancel the job online late in the afternoon and received a message that I couldn't cancel be cause he was on the way. These guys are a dumpster fire.

Armando is an amazing worker with a great work ethic. My yard looks amazing already and I couldn't be happier with his service. I would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their yards!
