I’d give them 0 if I could.

I reached out to them 5 days ago and set up a cut and a cleanup for my lawn. My lawn at the tame was about 4, maybe 5 inches long. They scheduled 2 dates in the app, one for now the next day and one for a cleanup 2 days after that. 3 days past the mow, I go to the house. Nothing is done. I reach out to them and they said they didn’t go because of rain. There was no rain on the scheduled day. Due to the amount of rain we had the day it rained, the grass grew substantially. So now they haven’t come, I reach out and ask why, and then when they do go, they don’t cut it saying it’s over the threshold, and I need to pay over $200 more because they didn’t cut it on time. On top of that the woman who’s been talking to me said I’m in the wrong because she only got my order 2 days ago even though I had proof of it 5 days ago.

They are not working with me, the house is supposed to go on the market in 2 days, and it looks terrible. I am livid.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Take your business elsewhere. I scheduled with them 2 weeks prior for a Saturday show up. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, no shows. I contacted their "customer service" who stated they could possibly get someone else within 48 hours to show up. I told them this is unacceptable and if no one could show up Tuesday to cancel my service. They said they could not find anyone that quickly and I cancelled my service. Terrible customer service! A true company would make this right. A 12 year old in the neighborhood has better communication skills and will show up. Pretty damn ridiculous.

I am giving Lawn Love a five star review because I received excellent customer service. All services scheduled and completed were communicated with me. I asked for before and after pictures and he sent them to me through their App. Excellent customer service!

No communication with the so called "pros". Started out ok, having someone come out every two weeks but then my pro kept on re-scheduling. Was then switched to another person and the same thing. Third pro in and they rescheduled 2 weeks due to my gate being closed. Which was a lie. gate is always open when Im away. Now im over one month without my lawn being serviced. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication. no response from my pro when I try to confirm their scheduled service. Do not recommend Lawn Love.

8/11/2024 update.

Got a notification that my pro completed the work. Funny because I had to borrow a lawn mower and mow it myself. Lawn love never reached out to me to fix my issue. Trash company.

Great app. Secure transaction. Very convenient. As an IT Professional and former software developer I love seeing people using technology in new ways. The app was great and they did a good job on the yard. I normally do my own yard but the price was right and this time of the year, doing my yard really takes it out of me.
